"Nice to meet you...Anne," Charlie replied. "So... You're a hellhound, and you said you're going to help us stop Belladonna at whatever plans she's cooking up, right?"

Tank sat nearby. So far, he's been finding out what he's gotten into since he came to the city. He spotted the younger version of the new dog come in and lie down. He would say hi, but he could tell the kid is tired, so he lets him be.

As David was explaining everything, Linda listened, and was getting more intrigued. Hawk, on the other hand, laid down next to her to get some rest. He will not be sleeping for very long...

Blight then turned his attention to where Belladonna has just confronted another hellhound in her own cave. "Hmm..." he pondered.

Great.. Bess is going to be cleaning that place up for years.. although shes insured at least" Sasha replied " so Belladonnas gotten helpers this time, well whatevers shes planning, you can count on me to help stop it..

"Indeed, as well as m little bundle of badness here," Anne replied, pointing to the sleeping Beller.

David expalined their past conflicts with Red and Belladonna to Linda. "we thought that cat was gone for good, but I guess we could be wrong.." he guessed. "And we've never managed to keep Belladonna defeated."

"Red hasn't come back yet," Charlie pointed out. "There's a new cat in town, and he doesn't seem like a lackey, either. He may have been involved with those things coming out of the ground."

"So that explains the earthquake," Linda replied. "And now I understand why I can hear this Charlie's voice because he's a guardian angel."

Charlie smirked. "All ladies dig the voice..."

"Then we might need these," Anne said, creating 4 hell collars, one for each of the dogs. (Charlie, Itchy, Sasha, Bess) "These can turn you into a hell hound and give you their powers, only use these if things get rough. And don't worry, they can be taken off."

Charlie looked at it before putting in on. "Disturbingly similar to what Belladonna gave me one..." he muttered. "So how do you suppose we stop Belladonna in..."

"H, E, double hockey-sticks?" Tank finished, sitting nearby. "What, no collar for me? I wanna help too."

Hawk snorted.

"Wait a minute," Linda said. "You're not really thinking of going down there, do you?"

"We need to find out what Belladonna's up to," Charlie replied. "She may have something bigger than what she normally cooks up."

"So fighting her on her home turf huh?" Itchy figured, putting on the collar, turning into, as tvtropes would say, a darker and edgier Itchy.

sasha put hers on, and she changed from a beautiful setter to an sharp-faced, hellhound with blazing green eyes..' this is really creepy ' even her voice has changed it was harsher almost metallic.

Bess decided to go next. Applying the collar, her red fur on her tail and around her face turned fire red and her other fur turned black. She sprouted small dark wings as well.

"Flight could nice, but this really is creepy," Bess admitted in her new distorted voice (Though it was still recognizably her's.)

Charlie too had changed looks, looking scragglier and monstrous, with dark red eyes. He looked into a nearby mirror near where Linda sat, wrinkling his nose at what he saw. "This is so not like me," he said. "Some of you hellhounds need some more fashion makeovers."

Linda, knowing at Charlie was nearby, reached out and stroked his back. "You still seem the same angel to me," she replied.

Charlie smirked slightly.

Tank put on his collar and he too took a menacing appearance, and then look at Hawk. "Don't you wanna come?"

Hawk lifted his head to look the stray in the eyes. "I have no intention of leaving my master behind..."

"OK, OK! I just forgot the human-canine relationship you two have. Yeesh..."

Bess levitated with her new black wings. "Ok, this part is rather awesome," she had to admit.
