I believe you're referring to Archie, the Archelon from LBT 4 who helps protect Littlefoot from Dil and Ichy, and helps guide the Gang through the cave to the Land of Mists.

Correct. I forgot to remember the time frame. The same time frame also rules out Dill. So no forest invisible because of all the trees after all and we are as far as we were

I think I found it!

It's name is Sauropterygia/Plesiosaurs. It appeared in LBT 4 and chased Dil away. (I wonder if she got away from that thing?) And I believe it also appeared in LBT 5 as Elisa, who gave the gang a ride back to their families.

I think I have a pretty good idea as to why we didn't see this one if it's right.

Actually you're all wrong =x I thought Plesiosaurus was from the Jurassic, but still that's not who I mean. The creature only appears it doesn't have a name and it's not important for the story. It just shows up for a couple of seconds. I'll give you another hint:
It's in the great valley!

There is another big turtles and many young ones in the scene in which Littlefoot's grandparents tell him about migrating herds.
Other than that I found two other reptiles:

I don't know if either of these lizards lived throughout the Triassic, nor can I name either species.

First off, when Littlefoot and Ducky first met Petrie:

Petrie: I...I...I fly?

Ducky: No, you fall!

Petrie: I fall? *sobs*

Ducky: You cannot fly? But how did you get way up there?

Petrie: I climb!

Second one. Petrie gaurding Littlefoot's treestar:

Petrie: Oh! Mother's present! Very Important! Oh yes! I say, you let no body touch! *acts like a guard*

Final one:

Petrie: *gets shot up by the breath of Sharptooth* *starts flapping wings* I'm flying! I'm flying! I'm flying!

There is yet another one in the first movie. When he cam back to his family he called: "Mama I a flyer!"
His change to me or Petrie instead of I seems to have had its breakthrough later. It would be interesting to see if there are any Petrie Is in any of the sequels (I can't think of case any spontaneously).

Okay, here's mine:

Name every creature to be referred to as a swimmer throughout the LBT series. Please give the official name and not the LBT name for each creature. Also put in what LBT movie they appeared in.

Saurolophus (provided we assume Ducky to be a Saurolophus).
Ophthalmosaurus (Mo).
Liopleurodon (the LBT 9 sharptooth is refered to as sharptooth swimmer, which probably comes close enough).

One may argue with LBT 5 with the shark, but remember, it was called a "swimming sharptooth". As you can see, it wasn't completely referred to as a swimmer, even though it is one.
