Zara gave a salute to Ian as she looked to Hannah "Oh, and I must appologize for ruining your concert too"

"Oh, don't worry about it, it's good to see someone like him exposed for who he really is" replied Hannah as Zara scurried off to meet back up with Clay.

"Well now, I think my job here is done" Zara told Clay with a smile upon her face.

"By the way I think you are awesome Hannah. You keep rockin girl" Alvin said scurrying up Hannah's shoulder and gave her a little kiss on the cheek.

Clay tightly hugged Zara and gave her a loving kiss on the lips. "You were amazing Zara" Clay said.

"Why thank you" replied Hannah "You guys keep on rocking as well"

Zara returned the hug and kiss back to Clay "Yeah, I know" she told him rather jokingly.

Crystal on the other hand, seemed to sigh "I've got a problem at the moment.....since Ian's no longer my manager and all, I haven't got anywhere to stay"

"You can stay at Toby's, he wont mind" Theodore told Crystal.

Amber thought for a second "Um, can I stay with him as well? I don't want to be away from Crystal anymore"

"Yeah, he'll be happy to let you stay as well" Theodore added in "Wait here, I'm going to tell Toby that" he said as he scurried off in order to tell Toby, rushing up onto his shoulder "Toby, guess what? I told Crystal and Amber they can stay with you"

"You told Amber and Crystal what? " Toby said Of course he'd have no problem with it. "Theodore I would be happy to give a family to Amber and Crystal. But, next time could you maybe ask me first BEFORE I make them a part of my family. Where are those other 2 chipmunks if they wanted they can live with me too."Toby said.

Clay held Zara close. "But what will me and you do for a home. I never wanna leave you Zara. I wanna live with you forever" Clay said.

"Okay, I'll go and tell them the news then, and perhaps you can meet them too" theodore told Toby happily as he scurried off again over to Amber and Crystal "Toby said yes as well, do you want to meet him?" he asked them.

"Sure, come on Amber" Crystal said as they followed Theodore back over to Toby.

"Toby, this is Amber, and this is her girlfriend Crystal" Theodore said introducing them to him.

"Good point actually..." Zara thought for a second, not sure on where they could stay themselves.

Samantha smiled, "Oh there you guys are! I knew letting you run of wasn't a good idea, but I see you did rescue them so that's good" she smiled to Crystal and Amber, "How are you two...uh aside from the whole Ian thing of course".

London turned back as Francois, Todd and Taylar rushed up. "So...you don't care if you can't convince me to be on some lame TV show?" she asked, trying to not sound hopeful and keep her cool.

Bert meanwhile went from pouting to grinning. He rushed past, grabbing the recorder Alvin was holding, "Thank you!" he said, "Haha, it'll be a brilliant new show, When Music Agents Hit Bottom" he laughed, "and thank you Mr. Ian Hawke for being my first star!" he smiled and then rushed for the door.

London grimaced, "I believe all agents maybe a certain type of crazy...".

With a sigh, Samantha walked over to pluck Alvin from Hannah's shoulder, "Terribly sorry" she smiled, then frowned at Alvin, "Now I know Dave's talked to you about overdoing the smoozing celebrities" she said.

"Oh, don't worry about it that much, the concert actually turned out to be rather interesting now, I mean, I've had two lots of superstars here, my opening act Crystal, and then of course, Alvin here making his guest appearance, it's gonna get real good ratings, I just know it" Hannah told Samantha back as she looked over to Zara and Clay.

She decided to go and speak to them "I couldn't help but overhear that you two needed a place to stay, well..." she started as she motioned over to Toby "It seems that Theodore has been sorting out something with him, and perhaps you could ask him if he could adopt you two"

Zara thought for a second "Yeah, that's actually a brilliant idea" she looked to Clay and more or less pulled him by the paw "Come on, let's try our luck at least" she said as she ran off to go and speak to Toby about it.

Theodore looked over and saw Zara and Clay approaching and spoke to Toby "Um Toby, I know you said you'll take Crystal and Amber, but I know they don't have a place to stay...."

Francois sighed seeing as how he blew his only shot at being a star. "Of course not ms London all that I care about is you." Francois said.

At first Alvin glared at Bert but, when he heard Bert's idea he smiled. "Hey that's a really good idea. Mr. Hawke would be your star. " Alvin said.

"Ya see Samantha Hannah's cool with it" Alvin said with a smile.

Alvin ran off to find the others.

He smiled over at Francois when he had seen Francois joined them. He could tell by the look on Francois face that he hated giving this up but knew it was the only way.

"I'm sorry that this didn't work out for you dude. Look on the bright side you were a star back at France. You could always go back there" Alvin said.

Francois sighed sadly

"No, I can not. I was a star in France but the key word is "Was" I could never go back now" Francois said sadly.

"What do you mean? That's your home you...." Alvin started.

But Francois just cuts him off with a sad sigh.

"It is very complicated Alvin.When I left for America I cut off all ties with acting in France. Ya, see my family never approved of me coming to America and they told me if I came here that I am not part of the family any more. Their last words to me were "If you leave for America don't even think about coming back to France" I have no family anymore. I can't go back to France. I got no home in France and now I got no home here. I am just how you Americans say............................... a boring old stray now?" Francois said.

" But, I am happy that I helped London and saved her from Bert. She is way to much of a beautiful angel for associating with an agent as trashy as that. " Francois said knowing he had done the right thing but also knowing he had blown any chance he had with having a home.

Toby thought for a minute. "Welll..........all right. " Toby said wanting to adopt all 4 of them

"Yeah, and now I guess it's back to the streets for us too" Todd said. Taylar nodded.

Samantha knelt down to be on the dog's level, "Well...you three" she said, "I may not have a job for you, but if you need a place to stay and belong..." she glanced to London briefly to get how she felt on this. London smiled and nodded, "...I could take you in" Samantha finished.

"Really?!" Taylar asked.

London stepped forward, "Yeah...", she looked to Francois, "I wouldn't mind getting to know all of you better". She had to glance aside after saying this.

Crystal thought for a second before spoke up "Um, one question I have....what's the sleeping arrangements going to be like?"

"Really"? Francois said not being able to believe it. He felt like hugging and kissing every dog Samantha and every chipmunk within sight. He jumped into Sam's arma and starts licking her face with gratitude.

He jumped out of her arms and hugs London tightly."Thank You I really don't know how I'm gonna repay you,"Francois said.

"Well as of now I live in a small apartment so I will need to buil a few bunk beds with Amber and Crystal on one of them and you and Clay on the other " Toby said.

"And speaking of which, when do we get to leave? Because staying here.....it's kinda depressing you know" Crystal added on as well.

"Um, by the way, thanks Toby, for letting me and Clay stay with you as well" Zara also added in.

"No, no, no, you misunderstand. You guys get 2 bunk beds which would mean like, Clay would sleep on the top bunk and Zara would sleep on the bottom bunk or vice versa. And on the other one Crystal would sleep on the top bunk and you'd sleep on the bottom bunk or vice Versa."Toby explained.

"Don't worry Crystal we'll leave real soon we just need to wait for everyone else,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,and a stinkin miracle that my car will start." Toby muttered more to himself.

"Yeah, thanks Toby" Clay said scurrying up on to Toby's shoulder and hugging him. Toby chuckled and patted Clay on the head. "It's no problem Clay I'm sure I'll love taking care of all 4 of you." Toby said.

Once with the others, Crystal sat down onto the ground with Amber sitting next to her, leaning against her happily as well.

"Don't worry, I'll think of something" London answered Francois saying he didn't know how he'd repay them, but she was kidding and her smiled showed it.

"Well I'll take no stardom and a family any day over stardom and no family" Tayalr said. Todd nodded his agreement.

"Aunt Samantha" Theodore spoke to Samantha "Toby said he'll adopt Amber, Crystal, Zara and Clay"

Crystal smiled to Samantha "Hi, I'm Crystal, the one who was preforming earlier on, and this is Amber, she's my girlfriend" she told her.

"And I'm Zara, with my boyfriend here, Clay, probabally the greatest guy one could have" Zara added on with an arm around Clay as well.

Alvin scurried over and smiled when saw that Chipmunk from before who was such a big fan of theirs a part of his family. Alvin puts Clay in a playful headlock and gives him a playful noogie. "Welcome to the family guys" Alvin said.

Clay blushed as Zara called him the greatest guy in the world. "Well you know what they say, a guy is nothing without their beautiful girl. You are the greatest girl that has ever walked the planet.

"It's nice to meet you all welcome to the family" Francois said.
