Hmm...not easy.  I'd almost have to say its my GOF lab rat Cheapachu. :p  He cries in Mewtwo Strikes Back and saves Ash, certainly is a cartoon character, and there wouldn't be any IM identities present since he's only my testing account.

Well keeping on the theme of Pokemon, I think its Pokeplayer since his name indicates cartoon characters (if not his Cera avatar would) and has no IM's available....as for fixing injuries, I guess Nurse Joy always found a way to make Pikachu smile.  :lol  :lol  :^.^:

Who has Stitch (the character I assume) healed?  About the only thing I think he fixed was the broken family in the film (never saw the sequel or the tv series).

The word "stitch" had two meanings: the Disney character AND the method used to fix injuries.  The only clues I really looked at in the question.
