"It's just sore," Deimos replied.

James then returned from the lake. His clothes were soaking wet and he decided to warm up by the fire. He tossed some more wood into the fire. "Guys, I think the planes are in that area," he said. "I saw the remains of a World War II aviator's uniform around there."

Theo groaned. "Don't tell me we need to go back there."

Frank arrived at the lake and began to wash the blood off of his face. Frank sighed after he washed the blood off and started to walk back to camp. Frank arrived back at the camp sitting down by James.

Ruby and Chomper picked up Jame's remaining bags and carried them back to the cave.

"Theo," Ruby complimented, "You were so smart. How did you know that the log would come in handy?"

"Hmm." Dan said looking over the area. "I think it just needs time. There may be some medicine to help ease the soreness, but I don't know the local plants." Dan said. "otherwise it looks like nothing serious, just minor soreness in general." Dan said.

Deimos nodded at Dan. "Thanks for the info. Glad to know I wasn't permanently hurt."

"Well, thanks for saving me," James said.

Theo then turned to Ruby. "Anything can come in handy in the Mysterious Beyond," he said. His stomach growled. "Speaking of which-" he grabbed the fruit bucket which was almost empty and turned it upside down, causing some leaves to fall out.

James nodded. "Yeah, those damn Domeheads took the fish I planned to have for lunch."

"Well, we'll just have to get more food, then won't we?"

James nodded. "Deimos, could you please fetch some fish and crawlers for lunch? I'm a little sore."

"Uh, can I explore the Domehead's campsite?" Deimos asked. "I get the impression that there may be something there."

James nodded. "Sure. But just be careful, those bastards snuck up on me."

"I'm going to get some fruit," Theo said. "Uh, Ruby, mind coming with me to get some fruit?"

James leaned back against the cave and massaged his sore arms. "So when do we head back to the Great Valley?"

"I think it may be a good idea if we always went in at least pairs." Dan said. "So hopefully this won't happen again." He said.

"Don't go to far. We wouldn't want any of you to get hurt." Ducky said.

Adam chimed in. "Diemos, I think it would be a good idea if I went with you. Is that ok?"

Ruby agreed to Theo's request. "I've know I know a forest of fruits somewhere around here," Ruby said, "But let's hurry. Running into Domeheads is not a fun thing to do."

Cleve tried to start a conversation, "Frank, Adam," Cleve asked, "Did you notice how our shells bounced right off the skin of those Domeheads today? You two are both very accurate, but I'm beginning to feel that these rifles are no longer adequate."

Deimos nodded. "I'm going to need a new weapon," he muttered. He then turned to Cera. "I'm not so sure; it's good to have another set of ears and eyes but there is a chance we can run into something very dangerous." He then turned to Adam. "Thanks for the offer. I'll be waiting for you two outside the cave."

He then exited the cave.

Theo nodded and picked up his bucket. "Okay, then lead the way."

Ruby strolled out of the cave, leading walking the the direction of the morning sun. Chomper, who wanted to be wtih Ruby, followed.

"Maybe not a tank," Cleve said, "But some machines guns would help. Maybe we can salvage some from the crashed planes. I've heard that every Avenger has four guns, and most Bf 109s have two guns and one canon. Considering that there were five Avengers and one 109, I believe that we can at least salvage one gun."

Adam grabs the last couple pieces of fruit left to eat on the run, and motions Cera to meet him and Diemos outside the cave.

Cera: "Where do you think your going? We won't need any more help."

Adam replied "Do you know how to use this?" He showed Cera his rifle.

Cera said "Well...no, but..."

Adam interrupted. "Then you DO need my help!"

Both Cera and Adam went outside to where Diemos was waiting and said they were ready for the expedition.

"Yeah I'll come along to since I'm the only one here who read and speaks fluent German." Frank said walking out of the cave. "We'll also have to come up with a way to move the cannon around."

"And we'll also have to find ways to dismantle airplane to get to the gun," Cleve said, "I'll come along too. I used to serve as an air traffic controller at Cleveland Hopkins International, and I know a little bit about aircraft maintainence."

Ruby led Chomper and Theo into a lush forest.

"Ugh, it smells so bad in here," Chomper complained, "Is it that fruit again?"

"I'm afriad so, Chomper," Ruby said, "But at least we don't have to fear being attacked by other sharpteeth."

Theo looked around. There were tons of sweet bubbles and other fruits and edible plants around them. He then placed his bucket on the ground and started picking some small orange melons from a vine that coiled against a stump.

"Hey Chomper, maybe you can get some fish or crawlers for James, Deimos and the others," Theo suggested as he pulled another ripe melon from the vine.

Deimos nodded and waited for Frank, Adam, Cleve and Cera. When they were all ready, he led them back to the Domehead campsite. The campsite had fresh blood and the dead dinosuars from the battle.

He sniffed the air; all he could smell was blood and he judged that the Domeheads were gone. "Guys, I think we should pair up even if the Domeheads are gone."
