It's been a long time since anyone's replied here, and I looked at the quote again, and still have no idea who stated it.

I'm going to go with Tippy's mom since that happens to be from a sequel I didn't like and you had said it was....and since I only watched that one twice I've long forgotten the scenes.

Actually, that quote can be found in LBT 3. We had a member before who just happened to carry the name behind the quote. That was why I left the last post as a joke.
