As for gifts...not much, really. My family doesn't get too fancy in the way of gifts.

Iris made that cute video, which is by far one of the best presents I've ever received.

Malte sent me a Chomper toy for my birthday, as well as some LBT game CDs which are wonderful collector's items!

My Dad gave me a new digital camera, which I'll put to good use.

My grandparents gave me a bit of money, most of which is going to gas for my car.

but really, this year, like any other, isn't about presents!

I'm really looking forward to this coming year. I'm suspecting quite a number of changes for the better...

I hope that today you have a great celebration with Iris and your folks not spoiled by later work or (in case the later is too much of an impediment) that it can be made up for on your free day.
