Big forums usually tend to get a higher post percentage.  
I know that it's similar on TLKFAA, whilst it's not a forum, there are a lot of complaints that people do not get comments on something that they've taken time and effort on.  It's just a problem that when there are so many posts and threads, resurfaced it's hard for people to comment on everything.
I sort of know how you feel...but me being the hypocrite who can't follow her own advice, try not to take it too personally.  At least you are guaranteed that people will comment here.

This is Queen. A character who appears in chapters 13 through 26 of Elder's Lead.

She was originally supposed to have a cameo in chapter 6 where she killed Rusty, but the scene was cut because I didn't have name for her.

She is called Queen because she is the new leader of the blue foxes since the departure of Lady Blue, Ranger and Faschia.


She is the mother of most of the young foxes in the pack.


All of her mates have been shot shortly after mating, like in chapter 24.


She has two children that are named, Stranger who lives and at the end of chapter 26 becames the mate of Scarlet, Friendly and Faschia's daughter.

Queen's daugter, Scavenger is bitten by Adder and dies in chapter 13 of Elder's Lead, her first and only appearance.


Two of her brothers are shot by the Warden in chapter 18 of Elder's Lead.


She manages to kill Mr. Hare, Mateless, two young moles, Paddock and Mr. Rabbit before she is finally bitten by Adder in chapter 26.


She also ripped the tails off of both Adder and Sinuous.

A picture of Faschia and Charmer. Don't say that the background is a screenshot, because its not. I found out a tool on GIMP where I can make something like look an old picture or photo. It was a sketch, then I saw that feature, and played around with it, because I didn't feel like coloring the background, just Faschia and Charmer. I 100% drew this.

Took me over four hours to draw perfectly, I hope that Thorn dosen't mind that I used one of her pictures as a reference, since there weren't any other pictures of her from the back. This was requested by Noratcat last month, and I finally got it uploaded, if someone requests something, and I know what it is, I make it.

Summary of what happened.

Asp violently had his tail and head ripped off by Ki-era and Shi-era when he was sleeping late at night. Lady Blue, and Hurkel heard the screams, but they arrived to late to save him. Charmer tried to keep Viper away, but failed, and she found the body too, the chapter ends with the three crying over his remains, and the two that killed him are laughing from a distant ledge.

Not sure about the mechanisms of Gimp, as I don't have Gimp, however based from what I've read and viewed from other people using the same program, I was thinking that maybe it might be interesting to see if you could shade?  It would create depth and volume to you figures s they stand out more and seem real.  If I can find the tutorials on TLKFAA and Deviant Art for you, I'll let you know.  Although I'm not guaranteeing it as the main user that I knew used to use Gimp has probably deleted all tutorials now that she's onto Photoshop Paintshop Pro.

You can shade on GIMP, that's how those pictures are so dark. There's a lighting effects tool, its under the filters dropdown box in the bar with, file, edit, etc.
