Hello:
Any idea when Zordon would call for our characters? because I am designing a post now, but I wanted to make sure to be on time if I delay and end-up posting it tomorrow.

I guess it would be sometime after everyone's posted once or a few times, just to let folks try their characters out and such. More fun to do it that way then poof, those drafted happens super early.

Ok guys. I want your input on this.

Should we have the Putties attack Angel Grove College at this point? I'm all up for having a little more time for our characters to develop, but I feel like if we don't start developing the plot a bit, we might lose interest in the RP, which I don't want to happen.

if your character is going to be a ranger i don't think age will be a concern..

technically, none of our characters are teenagers, They're in they're 20's.

I don't think it's going to really matter the age of your character Kor. In Power Rangers Dino Thunder, Tommy becomes the black ranger and he's definitely not a teenager anymore.

He wasn't recruited by zordon in dinothuder. I just hope zordon isn't as picky as he was in the original series concerning age.

True, Zordon did not recruit Tommy in Dino Thunder, but I like to go by the philosophy of the dino gems, they choose the user.

I think Zordon will be okay with it. I'm having Zordon go more by ability to defend yourself first before age.

OK, I got two questions. First, are we going to be fighting the Season one, or season two Putties? Also can the ranger suits be more armor-like, like how they were in MMPR: The Movie, cause I don't like the idea of wearing spandex ranger suits. We could rationalize it by stating the zeo powers had become stronger since they were last used, and the zeo crystal does get stronger over time.

1. I never actually thought that one out. Even though Zedd's back and would want to use his Putties, I think Season 1 Putties would be better because he probably does not have the resources he used to have when he was first on the moon.

2. I actually like that idea of making the suits more armor like, and your reasoning for why they change makes a lot of sense. We can go with that.

I think we need to remember that since we are not Power Rangers yet, we can't easily defeat the putties. Jason's group were all skilled, minus Billy, and they were easily overcome their first encounter. So despite my first attack on a putty, let's not go completely overboard with this fight. Once we gain our powers, then we can really kick butt. I probably should have mentioned this before we started, so I apologize for it.

I think Zordon will probably teleport us like in Mighty Morphing, and then send us back with our powers. I know Kor and I had talked about another idea for us finding our Zeo Crystals, in a similar manner to how the rangers find theirs in Power Rangers Zeo, but we can implement something like that at a later time. For the sake of the RP, it might be more efficient if we gain our powers in the same style as Mighty Morphing.
