Sierra had landed, but had not been able to catch sight of Pterano. He had no idea where that slippery flyer was. He growled a little, and looked over at Rinkus, who was having his belly cried into by Jared. He grimaced as Jared mentioned their new hobby. "Great... what did I fly into?" he asked, rolling his eyes.
Rinkus wasn't sure about how best to respond at first. "Well... Jared, I'm glad you think of me that way. I really do try my best." He was older than Jared, so he could see how it would work. "I guess I just got a bit too lazy in my last few years." he said, patting his gut and then Jared's back.
"Um... I can't promise that I have anything in me, but I'll try, for your sake." he looked up at the cave. "Let's go then."
Sierra groaned in disgust, and shuffled away from them, but unwittingly brought himself by Devon. "Huh?" he asked, looking over at his son. "What... did you just call me?" he must have been hearing things, as there was no way that Devon could have just called him "dad".
