Gothland - Swedish island in the Baltic name. The name is no coincidence by the way. Scientists are pretty certain that the Goths originally came from this island.

Appomatox - Town and creek in Virginia. It is the place where the Civil War was ended in that state when Lee's army of northern Virginia surrendered there.
