I was also hoping could I bring in Squidboy and his mom and Have jugernaught as the step dad, cause I thought he would been an awesome step day to squidboy.

No reason why Juggernaut can't be a good guy impermanently.   It can be sometimes interesting to see things be a bit different then some expect.
