Mr. Bigmouth was the first to recover from the electric shock. "F--- this!" He rooted through the repulsorsled's supplies to see if he could find a net gun or something similar.

"We blow the Duke of Owls to atoms and Captain Carson will be free!" Captain Fairchild finished. He smiled amd spooled up his 30 mm gatling autocannon again. "I like the way you think, Major."

She had arrived at the Duke's lair just as expected. Renamon quietly snuck through the bowels of the place, organ music was her only guide to the Duke's chambers and she had avoid being spotted if she wanted to get the drop on him.

spyro and cynder flew along after samia and dulcy. cynder was glad thee were other female dragons around with her. so that she could talk to another dragoness without feeling guilty. ok so these girls were slightly older, it was not a big deal.
- spyro had operned up to stripetail about the spat with cynder, and Stripetail had told him to give Cynder space, that she needed time to think to herself. he had taken the advice to heart, as stripetail was the cloest thing to a father figure he had.

Sara flew there with the other dragons she was with. She wondered what they would see once they got there. "I wonder how difficult this will be. " She said.

A short distance ahead, on a mountain side, a fat bear named Mr. Sneed was walking along the edges.

"Sneed wonder what that commotion is..." the bear who often spoke in the third person commented, when suddenly his weight caused the rocks to give way and the bear toppled down.

And then, as if by sheer luck, Sneed landed with a belly flop right in front of Stripetail!

"What the heck?!" Kiara asked, having seen the whole thing

what the heck is that thing? spyro started as he saw sneed fall in front of Stripetail.
_ stripetail ignored the bear which had fallen in front of him' up Tarrax" he commanded and the huge dragon flew up towards the enterance to the Duke's cave.
_ dulcy and Samia Followed, followed by Spyro, then cynder then the two mega digimon.

Sneed took a few seconds to recover his posture, and looked up.

"Stripetail?" Sneed realized, "It's me, Sneed...." the bear in the yellow vest reconginzed his old friend.

"Wait, you know each other?" Vitani gasped as they got off their flight methods

The Duke grinned as he sensed everyone arrive.

"Time for some enjoyment," the owl chuckled.

Sara arrived at the cave with the other dragons. "I hope the bear is not hurt." She said.

"I wonder what happens now." She said.

Jason and the others with him landed outside the cave. "maybe time to show a small measure of what we can do. Though not showing one's full power is always good." Jason said. He put a hand on Guilmon's chest, over his data hazard symbol. His other one he raised in the direction of the duke's cave.

"Shield of the Just!" Jason said before a beam, small in comparison to Gallantmon's attack of the same name, shot out from Jason's hand and at the cave, near the entrance, away from where the others were. Jason took his hand off of Guilmon's chest.

"What was that?" Joe said.

"Put simply, I did a modification to my digivice so I can reach in, basically and channel out a small fragment of a higher stage then Guilmon is in. The digicode for Gallantmon is within Guilmon, just not active."

"Yea? how can you be positive about that?" Gomamon asked.

"Digicode and matter is one of my doctorates." Jason said, taking out a very small spray bottle to spray on his hands before putting it away. "Looks like I didn't quite work out all the kinks." He said then took out a staff that had small gems set in metal and had metal inlay on it.

"What's that?" Joe asked, "Some sort of weapon?"

"It can be. It's a custom made Korodos spell staff. Basically it is similar to a mechanical computer but by arranging these gems around it can do certain spells instead of programs. It was a birthday present from the emperor. Now I understand why he had asked me before for an unusual list of stuff, Uru, true adamantium, vibranium and other things from different universes." Jason said as he held the staff out horizontally and started to move the small gems with his fingers till he was satisfied. "There ready in case we are attacked." Jason said. He led the way into the cave.
