There was a click of a cigarette lighter. "One final warning, captain...constant vigilance. As of this moment, innumerable enemies of all kinds plot your demise. They could even be..."

Suddenly behind Captain Carson, a tall thin human in a blue suit wearing a matching balaclava shimmered into view. "...right behind you..." he finished, taking a puff on his cigarette.

four days? well at least that will give us time to make preparations for when we rrive. it is likely that chong will depart before we arrive, but at least the gap between us and him will have shrunk' Stripetail said.

"Why should those two come along? I thought we were leaving Khan behind." Renamon asked, referring to Rabbit and Fox. But the fox digimon took notice of two figures approaching them. One was a hulking, four-armed woman who seemed to be an amazon. The other was masked and had plain white eyes.

"The sorcerer, where is he?" The woman asked.

"Sorcerer?" Renamon replied

"Quan Chi."

"If you are seeking a sorcerer then you will not find one here."

It was then that the masked man spoke up.

"You will tell us or pay with your life."

Renamon stood up and faced him, her eyes narrowing.

The ninja's eyes narrowed as well.

"GET OVER HERE!"

With that, the ninja spectre, known as Scorpion, let loose his harpoon.

The digimon leaped over it, evading that attack.

"Touhakken!"

Renamon's body is engulfed in a ghostly blue flame, she charges at her foe.

Captain Carson saw a flash of blue out of the corner of her eye. In response, she whirled around and drew her pistol at a speed that should not have been possible for a Human. "What is your purpose here?"

It was then there was a warning about intruders in the cargo bay. "Deimos! Get some of your crew into the cargo bay!" she yelled into the intercom.

Deimos was playing some cards with a few Spirarian soldiers when the announcement was heard.

The soldiers immediately raced off to get their weapons while he made his way to the resturaunt in Winterville.

The man coolly ignored the captain's pistol. "It seems I am not the only one to pop in unannounced," he said. "I'll leave you to solve the problem, and when you are ready to depart, we'll be awaiting your call."

With that, he shimmered back out of sight, found an empty room, and took out a futuristic wrench, which glowed with lightning and then teleported him away.

Guilmon's pupils narrowed very small as he was more then ready for combat and lanched himself into combat.

Jason remained sitting, "There is no one here by that name that I know of. Why don't you just quietly leave or things will likely go bad for you." Jason said his drink in one hand and his other hand resting on his lap.

Renamon sent a flurry of strikes to Scorpions body and most of them hit home, but when Renamon struck one last time Scorpion grabbed her wrist and twisted her arm, the digimon screamed in pain before the ninja kicked her away.

Renamon tried to ignore the pain.

Scorpion summoned a pillar of flames underneath the digimon. But she avoided it at the last minute.

"Diamond St-" Renamon was then it by a fireball Sheeva had fired at her.

"Is that all?" Sheeva asked as she approached cracking her lower set of knuckles.

Deimos burst into the resturant where Nani, Mr. Bigmouth and Ms. Swimmer were currentl enjoying a meal.

"Everyone, get your s--- together and meet me by the park. Someone's broken into one of our cargo bays!"

Mr. Bigmouth put his tea aside and picked up his messenger bag. He then made his way to the armory to grab his rifle.

Ms. Swimmer got her dual sticks ready as she followed Deimos to the park.

When Deimos and Ms. Swimmer arrived at the park, they were met by Dr. Zanasiu and Zachary ó both of them armed and riding aboars a repulsorsled.

Twilight galloped up to them with Spike on her back. "What's going on?" she demanded.

"Intruder. You're both welcome to help us but do not take undue risks ó that's our job." Deimos loaded his .50 caliber sniper rifle and chambered a round.

"You 2 are way beneath my class." Jason said. He reached into a pocket & pulled out a coin looking at it. "Good as a time to use this now. Tex did ask me if I could test this for him to be sure it works." He said. He put the coin on the floor near him and poured a bit of his drink on it. With a poping sound the coin turned into a small cat holding 2 large machine guns that he stared to shoot at the evil intruders.

"Hmm," Jason said looking at the cat, "I'll have to tell Avery it works perfectly. Instant cat hero with guns, just add water. Luckily my drink has water in it."

Velma used the distraction to find a place she could not be seen and quickly morphed, so she could join the fight.

Guilmon did an attack on the nearest intruder. "Dragon Slash!" he said as he used one of one of his claws to attack.

dixie had the waiter box up thier pies and gave him a tip. tigeress grabbed her box with contained a smores pie and headed for the door. scooby stuffed his pie in his mouth in two bites and rushed out. ' hes a bottomless pit' Tiger said to Dixie. "how is it hes not 600 pounds/' a lot of running and a high metabolism' dixie replied, as she put her box into the compartment in her armor.
- agumon and agumina were contacted by stripetail. ' theres reports of an intruder. Go find the others and go deal with it.' Alright" Agumina said. , a bit miffed that her quality time with Agumon had been interrupted.

Mr. Bigmouth arrived with his rifle and he hopped onto the sled.

Twilight leapt aboard along with Spike. "Spike! I want you to stay back and record everything in case the leaders want to see it!"

Two Spirarian soldiers joined them on the sled.

Deimos handed Nani her shotgun, a ballistic vest and helmet as he boarded the sled. "Everyone ready?"

Dr. Zanasiu and Zachary lowered the visors on their helmets. Zachary started the vehicle's engine.

Tiger and tigeress handed thier pies to dixie to hold on to, as since both wre quadripeds normally, they could not put them into their wrist compartments. ' dixie activated her armor,put them away and followed the wolves. scooby was slighly in front of them heading towards the park.
I'm ready' Nani said putting on the vest and helmet., and slung her gun over her shoulder.
Lilo stitch and Angel headed to thier room. angela and ratchet were asleep at this point,and cynder was flying around solo. spyro took flight and followed the others..

Zachary mashed the accelerator and the sled screamed down the road.

As it reached the town border, a set of steel blast doors opened and the vehicle sped down the sterile hallways.

"How did they even get in!?" Mr. Bigmouth exclaimed.

"Who cares. Tell them to surrender or we'll shoot them and feed their remains to the onboard factories." Deimos adjusted his armor.

yeah ' kopa said as he headed out of the door to thier room. kovu was out quicjly as well his black armor appearing as it was activated. ' wwonder what the big to do is' kopa saiod as they headed down the stairs.

cynder landed on top of a house in winterville. she had used the time to think to herself, and she had regretfully come to the conclusion that she and spyro had hit an impasse in their relationship. whether they could work it out was yet to be seen, but right now, she had her doubts..she disdnt want to bother dixie or stripetail with her concerns, but if not for them who could she confide in? angel wasn't old enough to understand troubled relationships. she didnt know any of the 3 new girls on the team. that left agumina or tigeress, and of the two, cynder decided it would have to be tigeress, because her relationship with tiger had had its ups and downs, so perhaps she would have a sympathetic ear.' tigeress/ she spoke into her ring>' its Cynder. do you have a minute?

Spike nodded, taking out a scroll and a quill. "Stay back and record everything, check." He said. Not writing down much except that they got on a sled and who got on it and where they were heading.
