Jason & Guilmon went to the Winterville Tavern, pausing to look the outside over briefly before they went inside.

"I wonder what sort of food they have inside." Jason said.

"Good food, & enough I hope." Guilmon said beside him as both walked inside.

Ms. Swimmer had finally haggled the price down. She passed over the gems that were the requsite payment and donned the necklace.

She examined her gem pouch. "Hmm, I'll head out to the gem fields and harvest some more."

"I thought you were done shopping?" the pilot replied.

Ms. Swimmer nodded. "I am but Mr. Bigmouth wants a supply for magical research."

Captain Carson was in a Skyland that contained a market selling all sorts of amazing machinery and other techno-magical wonders.

Drobot landed in the square, cutting off Captain Carson. "My apologies, Captain," Drobot said. "But I would like to inform you that the junkyard at the edge of town may have some items of interest."

Captain Carson examined her wallet. Mostly gold coins and various bills but from the impression she got, they didn't accept those here. Instead, they relied mostly on barter. "Well, looks like we're heading to the junkyard."

She turned the repulsorsled around and headed out of town. At best, the science team could make something of the junk she would find or someone would be willing to barter. At worst, she could have her simply disassemble the junk for raw materials.

Dr. Kerzach returned from the greenhouse with some potatoes and other fresh root vegetables.

As he began washing them in the sink, he spoke. "So Nick, what's your idea for dessert?"

A waiter approached Jason and Guilemon. "Are you two ready to order?" he asked as he passed them glasses of ice water.

Mr. Bigmouth was tending his herb garden. The herb garden was a section of the greenhouse that had key locks to prevent unauthorized personnel from gaining access.

Winterville took up half the floor space of one level (which was about 4.5 square miles and there were three levels).

The reactor, fuel tanks and raw material storage took up half the floor space of each level. The greenhouse, life support systems and science bay took up the remaining space in the lower level. A small ground vehicle deployment bay was also present. The top level was devoted to the vehicle bays, the industrial area and warehouses.

Captain Carson pulled out her radio and radioed Dixie and Scooby. "Hey, have you two found any interesting foods or plants or anything? I'm currently digging through a junkyard!"

A small salvage team arrived on another sled. They were equipped with powered exoskeletons, various cutting tools (including the plasma pole cutter, which used magnetic fields to shape plasma into an intensely hot blade capable of cutting nearly anything). And they stood by awaiting Captain Carson's orders.

'Tigress is out with Agumina, aagain" tiger began ' Agumina's probably telling her all about our vacation at Mount Servor, and the time Biyomon got stuck in quicksand. took her a few days to get all the sand out of her feathers.' Are you sure thats ALL they're doing? or have you forgotten the hotel?' Tiger replied ' Tiger, one might almost call you paranoid. Why would they mess around like that? Besides Stripetail gave them some stuff to stop any other weird stuff from happening. i think your problem is Tiger you dont trust anyone..' "Hard experience agumon, Hard experience. a lot of stuff went on there.. ' and agumina came clean to me about it on our trip.she had a crush on Tigress, but Tigress doesnt feel the same way. ' and how did you feel about finding out your girlfriend likes kissing other girls? ' i had suspected as much for awhile actually, so it wasnt a shock. course, part of it is my fault for not being more romantic with her. so our girlfriends arent a couple Tiger, relax. Agumon replied.'i dont trust easy Agumon, and i told dixie as much."When did you talk to Dixie about the hotel? ' At the wedding' tiger said. Agumon, who was taking a drink of his root beer, spat it out. " tiger! why did you bring that up at her wedding?" because i didnt get the chance to have a chat with her earlier.' you think dixie and tigeress.. agumon began.'Well the way Tigeress talks about Dixie, its pretty obvious shes smitten with her. i'd use the word 'love' to be frank. Well, she and i had a long chat, i told dixie i'm fine with her being friends with tigress, and i dont care if they kiss so long as i dont find them making out in our room. dixie told me she'll behave and i'm holding her to it. so its not dixie i'm worried about but agumina..' sounds to me like you've reached an understanding" agumon said.' with tigress and Dixie but not with Agumina..'tiger said.'then go talk to her if its weighing on you that, much or go to Stripetail. i'm here to have fun tonight. whats past is past. you should let the past lie too. we have enough on our plates chasing down chong' Agumon said.' let me buy you dinner, and we can discuss taking the girls out to a movie.' I don't go out on dates' tiger began, ' come on, it will be fun..the girls have fun, its time for us to have fun as well.' alright fine, get me a root beer and some fish' tiger said.

Jason closed the menu and nodded while smiling. "Yes, I will have a number 2." He said, having decided among the choices in the menu he had looked over. He put the menu back into it's usual place.

Guilmon put his menu away as well, letting Jason go first As he thought over a few choices he found it, at first, hard to choose between. Then he chose while Jason was talking. "Yes, I would like a number 7." he said looking at the Waiter.

"Nothing much yet," Captain Carson replied. "Captain Carson out."

She then turned to her crew. "All right, anything that looks like a machine and may be functional, take it! Anything that has gems or emits light should be taken as well."

The woman then picked up a crowbar and got to work picking through the debris.

Another waiter refilled their breadbasket.

"I think I"ll have some wine." jasonn said. He was in the mood to drink some wine, instead of some of the other things he drank at times.

Spike was walking around taking some notes of what he saw. "This is a very interesting place." He said. "I never would have thought anything like this could exist. And there are dragons here too." He said in a bit of an excited voice, "But they are not like the dragons I saw that one time." he said, thinking back to the time he encountered dragons.

Which reminds me i need to go get yiu something for your birthday. its n 3 weeks right/ dixie asked ' 10 days actually' Kittyy replied ' so i'll be celebrating it in space this year..tigers already told me wghats hes getting for me ' 1001 ways to cook mice.. its a cookbook' kitty said. ' yeah it wasnt easy getting a copy eother. its a big seller in town' tiger said. i'm looking for something for garfield, see if any of these ingredients will go good in pasta.' Arlene said.

Captain Carson tossed a half broken gem onto the repulsorsled.

Two men with a plasma pole cutters were hacking apart the remains of a junked Arkeyan Defender.

There was a surprisingly large explosion and both men were hurled back. Even though their exoskeletons took the brunt of the blast, they were severely injured.

Captain Carson turned her head at the blast. She swore profusely as she saw the two injured men. "Spire of Winter, this is Captain Carson! We need medevac! We have two casualties! Over!"
