While waiting for Bigmouth to reply, Eric saw that the swimmer's engineering books on his shelf were out of order, and took it upon himself to alphabetize them. Surely this will show him what a dedicated and detail-oriented engineer I am! He thought brightly to himself.

After that, Eric took his rag and spritz bottle from his utility belt and cleaned the nearest window to the greenhouse. "No reason not to help the janitor out a bit, right?" He said aloud.

Eric's radio crackled. "This is Mr. Bigmouth. I am currently on an expedition on Mawashi. One of the environmental growth chambers is having issues with its gas mixer."

"Yessir! On it!" Eric darted to the greater engineering area.

About fifteen minutes later, he was sweating profusely and no closer to even locating the environmental growth chambers. No matter how hard he looked, there were no decent signs ANYWHERE to show the way.

"Excuse me?" he desperately asked the same junior engineer he'd bothered before. "Where are the environmental growth chambers?"

The junior pointed to a door marked ENVIRONMENTAL GROWTH CHAMBERS. "Oh," blushed Eric.

The environmental growth chamber that was having issues was designed to grow plants in a hydrogen sulfide rich atmosphere. While the main plant in the chamber had proven to be extremely useful in the sickbay as an antibiotic, the atmosphere was extremely poisonous and was also corrosive.

As a result, it was clearly labeled and a self-contained hazmat suit was easily accessible.

It so had an out of order sign that detailed the problem: specifically one of the valves had been corroded shut and needed to be replaced.

Eric rang Laval up on the cell phone. "Hey Laval, got any advice for fixing an environmental growth chamber? I'm a good engineer, but I confess I ain't never really worked with one of these before."

The living planes were over in the movie studio. Rainbow was serving as the camera/chase plane as she was the only one agile and fast enough to catch the action of two superpowered sumos battling it out in midair.

Major Lockie was being mocked up to look like an antique Mawashiian airship for a historical epic.

Trumpets and gongs sounded as the final race of the Ozai cup was about to start.

As was tradition, Captain Carson and the other competitors stood on the boarding ramps of their ship and waved to the crowd. When the announcer spoke, they would take their positions in the cockpit and then the race would begin.

Deimos sniffed one of the books that had been discovered by the explorers in the ancient Mawashiian ruins. The Utahraptor gently snuffled it and sniffed it again. "This book uses an unusual ink. I can't really say more but this ink smells very similar to the ink I smelled in the modern books from Khan."

Mr. Bigmouth nodded. The Saurolophus was overseeing two workers cracking open a safe that had rusted shut. "Seal it up. I'll run some tests on it when we get back to the starship!"

Captain Carson strapped herself into the pilot's seat of the Aestorican Glider. The ship hummed with magic energy as its reactor was fully warmed up.

As the countdown began, Captain Carson had her hand on the throttle. She tensed as the countdown approached zero.

Stripetail's radio buzzed and Deimos's voice came through. "Stripetail, this is Deimos. We have found numerous historical artifacts inside the abandoned town square in the volcanic section of Mawashi. Mr. Bigmouth is cataloging them as we speak."

He wondered whether he was actually prepared to be an Engineer, considering he was pawning his very first assignment onto somebody else. Meh, even Thomas Edison had to steal patents every so often, he rationalized to himself. So long as I don't make a habit of this...

"Sorry if I"m late." Jason walked in from the side with Guilmon with him and 3 humans. "I would have been here a bit sooner but hearing what was found here thought I'd make a detour to pick up some archeologists." He said indicating the humans with him. "Doctor Jones, and Doctor Jones, and Doctor Jackson." He said indicating Indiana Jones, his father and Daniel Jackson.

"Pleasure to meet you three," Mr. Bigmouth said as he greeted the three new archeologists. "I am Mr. Bigmouth, head of this archeological dig."

Behind him were assorted crew carefully breaking up rocks and examining things with scanners. A few men behind him were using plasma pole cutters to cut open a treasure chest that had been sealed shut.

"Spike!" Deimos called. "Can you read this? It appears to be in a script I recall Twilight Sparkle mentioning on her planet." He held up a thick tome that had a stylized unicorn's head on the front. It was covered in dust but in pretty good shape.

Captain Carson flipped the Aestorican Glider on its side to dodge two fireballs launched from the rear of a Mawashiian ship.

She aimed for an item box hovering just above a treacherous rocky spire. With her deft piloting skills, she just barely grazed the item box, bringing it aboard the ship just before the spire collapsed.

Captain Carson then activated the radio. "Crew, status report of fuel, reactor and items."

She swore as a chopstick glanced off the ship's windshield.

However, We're currently 8 seconds behind the Skylanders and 2.5 seconds ahead of Team Ozai. I don;t want to win by not finishing last captain. Energy level is currently hovering between level 5 and 6.We currently have enough fuel to finish the race'

Dixie and Scooby both got stomped in their first semifinal match. Kopa, Spyro-W and Cynder-S were winners, while Cynder-W, and Spyro-S lost. Vitani and Kiara both got thrashed with Vushu, but on the whole Kiara had outperformed Vitani, losing after 35 seconds, as opposed to Vitanis 6 seconds.
