Some dinosaur had that dream, then a Drowzee (a Psychic-tipe PokÈmon) ate its dream, later he transfered that dream to all of the Longnecks. (Some PokÈdex, don't remember the version or game, said that a Drowzee eats someone's dreams then later it transfers the dream to anyone else.)
