- dru essa showed dar maa around the town, showing her the market and some of the nicer homes... they stopped to pick up su[plies from some of the local traders, which included potion ingredients, a blank diary log, for dru to rite down her thoughts, and of course, choose wine and bread for munching on the trip..

' if you want to be friends with her I don't mind' she added as thety walked along a few items short of what was needed for the trip.. ' see. I really like her dar maa. I mean REALLY like her ; dru essa admitted . darmaa stopped and looked at her. ' you haven't.. slept with her, have you..' no.. dru replied quickly. but I have strong feelings for her.. shes told me a lot about you. during our chats... ' look I don't want to complicate things for you..' a bit late for that dru essa ' dar maa replied a bit put out. ' i'm sorry dru aid ' is there any way we can settle this between us and remain friends.. you know kiss and makeup.. ' if you think i'm going to kiss you right now, the answer is no. 'dar maa said flatly I wasn't suggesting we do it right now silly, but you know perhaps at some point, so we can be on good terms.. i'll make things up to you as best I can..' dru esa promised. whether its being a friend to you and nicula, and ashnii too. that khajit can see things, you know, seer or prophet stuff.. at least that's the sense I get from her..

shes a good friend, next to nicula she's the closest friend I've got' dar maa reoplied as they stopped to buy some fish for a cheap price. 'if you want to get close to me dru essa the first thing I value is honesty, aas well the ability to keep confidence. so the things I tell you stay between the two of us. next is being comfortable around you, trusting that I can hang with you and share a room with you without struggling with you over who gets what side and things like that..
dru essa nodded as she picked out a few apples some scones and grapes.. between the two of them they were down to 25 gold.. ' ok we only have a couple more things left, let see, a new quill for your mom, and something for feli dru said looking at the list sed had given them.. that should leave us with a couple gold left over.. so.. friends? she offered dar maa her claw.. dar maa took the proffered claw and shook it. we;'ll settle things once we get to the next town.. just focus on being part of the team. she said. dru nodded the girls got the quill as well as a nice bracelet for feli which left the girls with just 5 gold left between them. the girls then headed back to surs bookstore to rejoin the others.

Once she was sure everything was properly packed and ready to go she left her room and decided to wonder around the bookstore and see what she could see and if anyone was around.

Kyo was there listening to the Khajiit when he saw his dragon-like creature looking with much attention back to the bookstore, and then it jumped from Kyo's arms. - "Hey, where are you going?" - the kid said as he jumped off from the chair and started running after the dragon. He then arrived to the bookstore and was unable to stop in time and bumped with Chaka, falling not very hardly to the floor. - "Oh please, excuse me." - he said as he tried to stand up as quickly as he could.

Chaka looked at the person who had bumped into her. "It's ok, you're not hurt or anything are you? Looks like you are in a hurry." She said smiling to him.

Kyo looked back at her. - "I-I'm fine, thanks... and I'm glad I did not cause any problems." - he said as he stood-up. - "I was running trying to catch a little dragon-creature I made... I have." - he said making a smile. - "have you seen it? it came this way."

"Yes, I saw something go that way, but I didn't get a good look at it." Chaka said as she indicated the direction she saw it go in. "is it prone to running off?" She asked.

Kyo looked puzzled. - "I don't know... maybe a book I would be interested about?." - he said, he then took a closer look at Chaka. - "I now remember you, you are part of the group of travellers Qa'Meret and I joined for the trip to the next town. That makes me feel better because it means I can trust you." - the boy said making a smile.

"Yes, I have been here before... and there were two books that called my attention that time..." - he said as he started to walk a little. - "... one was about Eymreil's history and the other was a book with strong magic in it." - he looked back at her, Kyo's red eyes had a very low extra shine in them. - "I hope I am not ruining your own book-hunting, because I can feel you are a strong mage and I guess you are busy with your own things." - he said calmly before adding. - "And I should be more careful with my own creatures."

"It's ok, I'm already done here and was just idly looking around to see if anything caught my eye. I'd be glad to help you in your search." Chaka said. "uneasy? Was it a book about dark or evil magic, or something like that, necromancy, or the like?" She asked. It could be that one that attracted your creature." if not that one then the other one maybe."

Kyo shrugged. - "Yes, it made me feel bad, but I hope that book is not really THAT evil. I have heard lots about dark magic to know it is something I don't want to mess with." - they walked some more to find Kyo's dragon-shaped creature like if it was ready to attack something. - "Yes, that is the evil book I was talking about." - he said - "I was sure mister Sur had it stored away, but we are now deep in his bookstore."

"It does look like your friend there doesn't like the book. I wonder what it is a book of and why it's still out here if it is evil." Chaka said. She looked at the book and creature from where she was to try to get a better look at one then the other.

"I don't like that book either, maybe it is a dark magic one just like you've said." - Kyo said as he took a breathe and went closer to take the creature in his arms and away from the book. - "I have no idea why I feel it wants to reach-out for me, but I don't like that feeling." - he said as he returned to Chaka's side.

"I guess if we were to tell the bookstore owner it may not do any good if you have already told him." Chaka said. "The book does have a ill, dark, feel to it." She said looking at the part of the book she could see from where she was. She shrugged.

the safe should be the right place, it under a magical lock, only I have the key necessary to unlock it.. Sur replied. ' so I take it you folks will be headed out soon, judging by the hustle and bustle.
- dar maa and dru essa came into the booksatore carrying their supplies..
