Kyo felt dissapointed about not been able to help, so all he could do it to look at all the adults fighting and trying to pay close attention at their movements and abilities.

John ran yet another shade through and quickly made his way down the passage to rejoin the others. Taking out another shade in the process.

"Never mind that! We'll be overwhelmed if we stay here!" He explained, seeing that all the grunts had gone and now there were only berserker shades approaching, each armed with elbow blades and battle axes.

"A fighting retreat out of this area may be a good idea. If we all just run they could attack our backs." Walker said, attacking another one. "A distraction may be a good idea.

Chaka cast and throw a fireball. "That should distract them for a second or 2." She said as she conjured another Flame Atronach as she used her sword to hack at another enemy who got close.

nicula had turned a corner which opened into a wide expanse. in front of them was a narrow, slender walkway, which stretched out into the distance, below, was pitch black. dar maa, came up behind her as did dru essa and Sed nues.. ' be careful where you step.. 'Nicula said as she said this a crack was heard and suddenly the ground beneath them gave way, sending them hurling down into the darkness. ' fortunately, thier fall was broken by something soft.. and sticky. ' dar maa cast a light spell, and revealed that they were in a funnel-shaped web..
- this web.. is huge..' Dru Essa said her voice shaky.. ' i wonder what made it..
-i dont want to find out" sed Nues said ' but if i had to guess i'd say it was a giant spider of some kind..
the light spell floated towards the center of the web and revealed that it sloped down, emptying out in the middle
below the hole was a huge pile of bones.. the remains of those unlucky to be caught in this web. nicula strained as the webbing but it was very sticky..

Eric struggled against the webbing, then finally twisted around, managing to retrieve his sword from where it had landed. He shut one eye, then focused, forming a set of blades around his arms and legs, using them to attempt to free himself...

As the floor kept on breaking below everyone's feet. Qa'meret fall at the same time Eric did, he was just lucky he was able to keep his sword-holding hand free from the web. - "In the name of.... what is this thing?" - he said as he tried to struggle.

Kyo was still next to Chaka, but he also fell into those webs, he was less lucky then Qa'Meret as he let go his dragon a second before hitting the web, so he was almost totally stick to that web. However his dragon managed to fly above his creator.

dar maa was close to dru essa while nicula and sed nues were close together.. ' well this is another fine mess we've gotten ourselves into..' Sed Nues said.. ' could things get any worse?

Chaka held onto her new sword as tightly as she could as she fell, falling into the web. She had her arms free, for the most part. Not knowing what to do she cast a Flame Atronach spell so they'd have at least 1 ally who was free of the web. The Flame Atronach floated/flew above the webbing, adding light to the area from it's flames. Chaka rested, ready to act when the time came.

While Walker caught his other chakram, holding onto it as he fell, a chakram in each hand. He flipped and ended up landing on the web feet first. Looking at the web he was glad he had on shoes instead of being barefoot. He crouched down a bit, bending at the knee, both chakrams held ready and looking around to see what would happen next.

The shades stopped before the broken bridge, hissing. The archers taking aim at the group.

"So much for making it through here alive." John muttered, struggling to escape the web.

However, before a single arrow was fired, a giant spider resembling a Sydney Funnelweb appeared behind the berserker shades, rearing up then slamming her fangs through many of them and tossing them aside like rag dolls.

John was in awe at the sight, glad that the shades ended up as prey and not him and the others.

Ashnii on the other hand was kind of horrified at all the death and the giant Funnelweb Spider wasn't helping, Feli also wasn't taking this as well either.

things.. just got a heck of a lot worse' Nicula said, fear evident in her voice. this was the largest spider she had ever seen, and by a good margin.
- gods preserve us ' dru essa whimpered, as she saw the enormous spider. jae was stuck speechless by the horror that towered above him, and sed nues said nothing, though her worst fears were being realized.
dar maa strained against the web, the sight of the huge spider, and a sense of self-preservation, stirring her to make greater efforts. she manged to work both arms free and began inching up slowly towards the top of the web..

Walker throw one of his chakrams at the spider as the Flame Atronach started to throw some fire at the spider. He was curious if it would do anything and having whatever the flaming thing was that Chaka had summoned was certainly a handy thing for their side to have, he thought.

In the mean time, Qa'Meret was also staring at that giant spider, his mind blocked for a moment, but then he managed to regain focus. He gathered all his strenght to release his arms from the sticky web and did his best to reach the kid. - "Kyo, Kyo, look at me, I need your help." - he said as he made the boy to look at him. - "I'll help you out of here, but can you make your dragon to use it's flames to help the others?" - he asked as he used his sword to try and cut the web strings around the boy.

Kyo, shook his head. - "Yes, I guess... but what is that thing?" - the Kid asked very scared.

"Will discuss that later, first we need to get out of here." - the Khajiit said as he was able to free the boy. In the mean time, Kyo was able to tell his dragon to use is flames to weaken the web strings around the others.

With a leap to the side, the spider dodged all of the attacks.

"Hold!" She spoke, telling them all to stand down.

"I mean no harm." She continued.

- Dar Maa...be respectful' Sed nues said to her daughter ' she could kill us all if she wished. i mean look at the size of her! Thank you.. for kiling those things.. we were in big trouble..

The Khajiit was still moving around the web, this time slowly to not appear as any threat, but still moving slowly towards the group.
