Sed Nues and Dar maa soon followed kjohn into the passage. dar maa has her sword out which glowed slightly, allowing her enough light to see a bit in front of her. stay close to me mom' she said as sed Nues complied staying a few steps behind her.

Kyo sighed as he saw his dragon departing in direction to the fort. - "I really hope my dragon won't be spotted." - he then felt a chill going down his spine, as he suddenly felt a very bad feeling of something bad was happening... he probably felt some unnatural presence in the city, maybe the palace where Ashnii and Dae are? or maybe is in the fort? sadly he is still doesn't have the enough experience to find out clearly yet.

Qa'meret smiled at John. - "You surely has much luck boy, but now let's be quiet or the lucky strike you had would have been for nothing." - he then followed the others through the passage.

Walker went with the others of the stealth group. He held a chakram in each hand, ready to throw one or both once he saw an enemy, but till then staying ready and walking as quietly as he could.

Chaka went with the others, the group who would not be stealthy. She cast a bound sword spell so she would have a weapon in hand when the got attacked, not wanting to wait till the last second to make the weapon. She did keep the lookout to see if there were any weapon she may want to start using.

John saw one of the bandits up ahead, his back to the group. John snuck up with nary a sound and snapped the bandit's neck, silently ending his life.

Dar maa and Sed Nues followed after John their weapons drawn. the passageway reeked of abandonment and decay, the ground beneath them was covered with the dust odf the years, on the positive side, it deadened the sound of their walking, and allowed them to may thier way into the inner reaches of te fort without drawing toomuch artention.
- dru essa headed to a nearby free table and pulled out three chairs, one for herself, one for feli and another for Kyo. she looked around at the small number of patrons who were munching on bread or sipping from a bottle, flask or cup. ' they paid no attention to her, or her companions. IT is good, Dru Essa thought, noyt to be widely known as a rebel. A bounty poster hung on the wall, with a picture of two humans, one, she isnt recognized as John, the other, she was not familiar with. the bounty on them was 15 million there was a smaller bounty on those traveling with the two wanted men, 100000 gold, fortunately, there were no pictures of them on the poster, just John and the other human.

Qa'meret kept protecting the rearguard of the group, he is trying to hide the anxiety of the moment because it has been years since the last time he had to do anything similar to this mission. He kept his weapons ready, his eyes wide open trying to be as alert as he can for the slightest movement.

In the mean time, Kyo re-arenged the hood over his head and then came out of the bedroom so he could go downstairs back to the lobby, once there he saw Dru Essa and Feli. - "Did I miss something?" - The Rabbit kid asked Dru Essa while she was still loooking at the bounty poster.

dfru essa took the bounty off the wall and carried it to the table. ' Apep has raised the bounty on john ' she said quietly. ' i dont recognize this other human. he had a beard and is called Nick. i've never met him, but i'd wager if Apep wants 15 million for his head, hes no friend to that tyrant. wonder where hes holed up. we could ask john, or perhaps he doesnt know. in any event this is news to share with the others once we're back together' she said folding the bounty and putting it her knapsack.

"So that explain that worried look in your face." - Kyo replied to Dru Essa as he saw her storing away the bounty poster in her knapsack. - "... maybe, eventually, we can get to meet that other human, I hope he'll be nice. But now I am worried too, because there is now a bounty for all members of the group. I am just glad there are not any pics yet." - the kid said as he sat down next to Feli and sighed.

well, we figured that helping them would eventually get us into trouble, so now we have to redouble our efforts to stay quiet and out of sight.' Dru essa said. ' ah well, you only live once, and these guys are my friends, its not as if i'm going to back stab them and turn them in for the reward.

"I suppose you wouldn't do that, because you look like an honest person." - Kyo said with a smile that is not very easily seen due to the hood. - "I just hope the next cities will not have authorities like the ones in here, that should greatly help with our safety." - the kid is very worried for all others members of the group, he hopes Ashnii and Dae will not be getting a bad time (sadly proven incorrect) and that the Qa'Meret and the others will return safely from the fort.

Walker continued to walk along. He kept a chakram in each hand as before, not throwing them since he was waiting till they were in the fort proper. He'd have more room then and he thought it better to have few folks being ahead doing the sneaky taking out of bandits so they'd not get in each other's way in the passageway area.

Qa'Meret was doing now better clearing his mind, that way he could react better when more bandits appear, and they will surelly appear.

In the mean time, Kyo just remained there staring at his food. - "I am not all that hungry because I start to imagine things that could happen now, things will surely get very hectic... and I don't like that." - however, he did took a glass of water from the table and took a sip of it. - "Miss Dru Essa, you did mention friends, but who could help a group that has a bounty on their heads?"

Kyo looked at Feli. - "I suppose you are right, Feli... and it seems we will need to start making use of extra creativity to achieve that since I remember Qa'meret once mentioned we would be going closer to this region's capital city." - Kyo shrugged because he would normally look forward to see all places in every world he gets to visit, but in this world, this capital city is ruled by a very evil tyrant. - "we must somehow remain safe from Apep, as Dru Essa said."

Kyo decided to lower his head so his face would be mostly covered by the hood, but he was shocked to look at the newcomer. - "And what could you gain joining this group? with a bounty on our grou... I don't think you need those extra problems." - the Gaean Rabbit kid said still in surprise.

Walker saw a bandit ahead. He crouched down and as the bandit started to turn in their direction he threw a chakram, hitting the bandit below his adams apple and removing his ability to speak as he was eliminated. He caught the chakram as it returned to him. "One less to raise the alarm." He said.
