The Ace Combat series

[F-14 Ace]

I know a few of us here have played the Ace Combat games by Namco.  I think they're awesome because I'm really into airplanes.  There are 8 games in the serries but Ace Combat Advance on the GBA sucked so bad I generally don't count it.  I mede this thread as a place to discuss the games.  Here are the games and the year they came out:
Air Combat-1995 PS1
Ace Combat 2- 1996? PS1
ace Combat 3: Electroshpere-1999 PS1
Ace Combat 4: Shattered Skies (Distant Thunder in Europe)- 2001 PS2
Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War- 2004 PS2
Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War- 2006 PS2
Ace Combat Advance- 2005 GBA
Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception- 2006 PSP (dang, I don't have a PSP)
I have never played Air Combat or Ace Combat 2 but I have played most of the others.
