Well Poke Player is a ruby fan for some odd reason. so maybe he voted for her. She meant nothing to the story line she was just a add on that didn't even need to be added into the story of the series.

I am a Ruby fan too, yet I voted for Ducky, to prevent Cera from winning the first place here.
