"Eva cannot defeat Stripetail in a duel, she simply doesn't have the skills he has, that has been borne out at the abbey.the only way she could beat him is if he threw the duel, and that is not allowed, I'd imagine. That is why you choose that as the last requirement, a brilliant choice. Stripetail is proud of his record, the fact that he has never lost, as any creature would be. Drawing with Eva should be enough to pass your test, since it very rarely happens, and drawing is a legitimate outcome of any duel, even though more often you'll get victory or defeat. Because that is what you want right, Stripetail to show humility in a duel. Drawing shows humilty, because it says "These duelists were so evenly matched that no winner could be determined'. However, by permitting a draw as a pass of your test, it must be earned, it cannot be offered at any point, by either side. That is how I would do it..." He said.

"Indeed but there is three paths, draw, win or lose and all have chances of happening and I would allow a draw if it worth it, that has to be equally fine and Stripetail must be unaware of losing or drawing the match to pass, he just be simply told that the dual is the last of his phases and have to face his greatest rival no other then Eva herself and there will be differences in the deal." Blackstar walked up to a clearing with the person and show a floating island in the sky made of the three elemently crystals ruby, emerald and sapphire.

"Magic on this field is limited to almost non exscited, this is where Stripetail has to overcome the use of magic and use something else then magic since it will be almost totally useless on this deal field and this took some creative thinking to create such a field as this" Blackstar formed a ruby like colour simple below and they both appear on the floating island the field looked really amazing. "Welcome to the dualing field that Stripetail will have to dual on for the final and last phase"

The Chieftain , whose name was Tinnus., smiled as he beheld the field... "Magic will do him no good ,since the spells that usually give him a tremendous advantage will not work here, he will have to rely on the cards, his skill, and his growth as a creature to pass..." He said looking at the formations on the field. here ruby sapphire and emerald blended together in a sparkling combination and variety of forms... some were gossamer-thin, others were thick and broad.

Blackstar looked to Tinnus "you may want to know the point of this all." Blackstar turn to him. "It was all perpared before Stripetail knew this, my brother has been playing a role in this and he knows truly I am not evil and that his own son does as well. Eva I knew before she was even born a million years ago, this field will be the day when either a draw or lose will happen to Stripetail and Eva starting her journey to the Red Dragons way of life, she is the new and will bring the light to magic and red dragon power, the long awaiting light of life, she somewhere deep inside knows her role to play and that here where it will truly begin."

Blackstar turn to the field sitting down on a ruby coloured bench. "And when the Master Dragons will once more awaken, a new leash of life to all will begin for both non magical and magical begins then my fellow Red Dragons will lower the barrier around their world." Blackstar smiled

"No it will be her choice as well in the end that counts. there is more to the phase then winning or losing the dual, but that I will keep to myself" Blackstar said looking at the colours reflection around the arena. "In the end the real challenge is changing from the old ways... if that is managed then the life of this wizzin will be forfilled in more then you know... like the master wizzin I once knew" Blackstar whispers the last and Tinnus turn looking at him hearing the words of Master Wizzin.

"I met the master Wizzin a few times but soon as the conflict begain with the taking of red dragon magic by some wizzins the master wizzin disappeared and no one really seen or heard of the master wizzin in over a million years" Blackstar said about it.

He most likely disapproved of what the other Wizzin had done.. and he would have been called on the carpet for thier mistake. His disappearance weakened the Wizzin and further split the two races..' Tinnus said...

Hello Para" The minister said rising from a chair. It was clearly evident from his appearance that he was not well, and his appearance stunned Wayne . 'I have called you here, because I am going to retire as Dinoton Minister. My time is running short, soon I will no longer be strong enough to leave my bed. My doctors say i have 6 months to maybe a year to live." This pronouncement caused Wayne to recoil in shock.

The Minister, continued, ignoring Wayne's reaction."My retirement will trigger an election to replace me. You as the dragon lord cannot run for minister, you have enough problems ..." A coughing fit seized the ailing minister, a wheezing , hacking, cough. After a few minutes the coughing stopped and he was able to resume speaking. 'You have enough problems in that position to deal with... now I will, in my stwlight , settle any outstanding issues I may have with anyone... that includes the old coot" That was his derisive name for Stripetail. "Bring him over at your pleasure...I'm finished tallking You may speak..," He said to Wayne, coughing again.

"I am really surprised that you fallen this ill Minister, you've just last week was full of high health still and no signs of your age getting in the way. This is very sudden and surprising" Wayne said to him "I understand that I can not run in it, my own duties are tough enough with something like this on top it would leave no time even for sleep. Unlike Stripetail I am not totally immortal, i might have a longer life span but in the end I will grow old and pass on but I accept that as it is and sometimes a immortal life might look great but in the end immortal life leaves pain in your heart no matter what happens" Wayne spoke walking up to the MInister.

"I still keep my own dinoton form with this, in a way I share two forms that are both mine neither different in my own views." Wayne smiled a little. "Trin, minister you've run a great life style out here working at the minister of this world, I could give you a little longer to live for your retirment, it a little something I worked on, this little herby drink in this bottle" Wayne pulls it out of his pocket "Is from some rare plants that grow in two locations on this planet I only picked enough to keep the very plant going. If I am right this will allow your life to be increased by about 5 to 7 years depending on what you do, it will make you healthy enough to walk, run and enjoy being around your grand children since you've had no time at the moment" Wayne stood in front of him with a smile.

"I will give you this under one condision Trin, retire and let elections pick a new minister, I know a few out there that have a similar style to what you done, it time to enjoy the rest of your life" Wayne smiled warmly to the Minister Trin.

The Minister coughed and waved the bottle away... "I appreciate the offer, but that time is simply not enough...That is why I want that wizard here, as soon as possible..I don't want immortality, but I'd like a couple decades more. If your friend is as good as you say he can do that. I know I've said a lot of nasty things about him, but he's really the only one who can extend my life for an appreciable time. On second thought I'll take the potion " He said changing his mind. his very movements were labored,as was his thought process. 'You've served me very well Para, my will will reward you for your efforts" He put his claw onto Wayne's shoulders and shook them earnestly. It was a very emotional moment and wayne found it very hard not to get choked up. Here was the dinoton who had done so much for him, and Dinoton...fading before his very eyes.
