"Hmm... maybe the same way the fast biters got him out," Taro said, thinking.

"I won't," said Ahra. "I think someone's got food for you."

Cira came back dragging a large treestar with a variety of other leaves and tree sweets on it. She seemed to have a fresh wound on her leg but tried to hide it. She growled softly, looking slightly uneasy.

"She said she didn't know what you like, so she just got everything," Ahra translated.

Suddenly a growl was heard as Nani walked forward,Renee followed behind "My mother here is telling me your in my lands" she snarled.

Renee had a smirk on her face while glaring at the family.

Nahla tilted her head at the food "Thats food?Real food/!! Wow real food...I never seen real food before" she said in amazement.

"As I was saying..." said Taro. "We can't trust her and that's final, and here's the proof!"

Grandma was disgusted. She was starting to feel sorry for Renee, but once again, she was betrayed.

The fast biters chuckled. "Well, enjoy!" said Ahra, but her face fell when she saw Cira looking very grave. "What's wrong?" she asked.

"Lily," Cira answered. "I haven't seen her since she ran off. I'm so worried..."

Nahla grabbed some treesweets liking her lips.

Nani growled "Explain yourselves fools!" she shouting kicking Littlefoot in the head while she was at it.

Grandma was furious. "YOU LEAVE MY GRANDSON ALONE!" she yelled, charging at Nani.

"Uh oh," Taro muttered, running forward to help her. The fast biter pack, though at a distance, saw what was happening and came sprinting to aid the family.

Ahra and Cira kept talking, before Cira's eyes widened.

"Stay with this one," she instructed before running off. Ahra noticed her limping and was about to say something but Cira was already out of sight.

Nani just laughed and picked up the child tossing him down a slope "Oops" she smiled.

Jenna screamed and sprinted after her son,she threw herself next to him and checked him over before screaming out "LITTLEFOOT CAN'T BREATHE! HE IS TRYING BUT HE CAN'T!"

One of the fast biters sprinted over to Littlefoot while the others attacked.

"Sis, let him help!" Taro yelled over the roaring. "He's a healer!"

Grandma and Grandpa charged at Nani, both filled with rage.

Nani smirked as a black longneck jumped in front of her.

Hades was tall even for a longneck he was huge,his scales were as black as the sky on the darkest night and his eyes glowed bright red he chuckled and the other Shaodowlander longnecks walked up next to them,they all shared the same evil sparkle in their eyes.

Jenna looked at the fastbiter "He can't breathe.." she whispered.

Taro went next to his parents. "We're outnumbered," he said as the fast biters backed up, as if they were protecting the good longnecks. All of them began to back of slowly.

The male that went up to Littlefoot rolled him over and started doing something that would get him breathing again. He looked behind him and worry filled his eyes when he saw the others.

Hades smirked "Still want a fight?" he asked nodding to his herd,there had to be about 25 of them there,plus the 15 fastbiters Hades allowed to stay in The Shadowlands.

Jenna nuzzled her son tears in her eyes she turned to the fastbiter "Will he live?".

3 longnecks and 6 fast biters were no match for this herd. They gradually kept backing off.

The fast biter nodded and looked at Jenna. He pointed to her face and then Littlefoot. He needed to hurry up if they were going to get out safely.

"We should probably just do as he says," said Grandpa. Taro nodded and roared at the fast biters to retreat and they ran off towards the valley again.

The fast biter walked next to Littlefoot and gestured at Jenna to bring her head next to them.

The fast biter carefully picked Littlefoot up and placed him on Jenna's head before climbing on himself. Taro soon joined them and fast biter growled something at him.

"He's going to keep Littlefoot stable there," he said. "Just in case. Now, we need to get out of here, and fast."

Grandma and Grandpa joined them with the other fast biters, panting. They weren't too used to running any more.

Jenna slowly raised her head "Lets go" and began to walk trying balance both Littlefoot and the fastbiter.

Littlefoot still seemed passed out,not responding to the world around him

Everyone started to walk back to the valley. The fast biter kept tending to Littlefoot's wounds carefully on the way.

"Hey," came a voice behind Nahla. Lily had returned.

Lily shook her head. "No... but I need you to promise me something," she whispered.
