What if Mo would be another species?

Well, I just wonder what if Mo would be a species that don't live in the water so he could stay with the gang.

Your thoughts?

If he were a species that could walk on land instead of living in water, then he could definitely play and hang out with his friends. I'm sure they would love that.

His personality would bring him great popularity (and envy) in the Great Valley, though characters with very pronounced traits like him are also at a risk of having everybody fed up with them after some time, so his life could become less joyful later on.

Lack of sensitivity combined with the constant wish for jokes and fun (most clearly demonstrated in the scene in which he pretends being stuck and in danger) might get him into trouble before long. Especially with some of the grownups.
The other scenario would be his learning a bit mor sensitivity in that respect.
