The many Os, and few Es and As (which means many Is any Ys) can indicate only one language, Greek. I've checked some of Aristophanes' words, but ultimately I settled for a modern medical term, a kind of Anglicized Greek. Could the word be "pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis"?
