Unless I used the cushion to lull the zombies to sleep.

Let's see...my cell phone and a pair of dragonfly earrings on my left, and a mason jar with a hard plastic straw, a now empty bowl, and a fork on my right.

Hmm...

Chances could be good. I'd use the light from my cell phone on my earrings to blind them, poke their eyes out with my straw, bust them over the heads with my mason jar, and feed their brains to each other with the bowl and fork. Yup...good chances

Hmm a bowl with a fork and a USB mouse? Not too shabby. The fork would be a mediocre piercing weapon, but I'd have to get within biting distance. With the right manipulation, I can turn the bowl and the mouse into a slinging weapon. The bowl is heavy enough that with the right amount of force could cause blunt trauma and the length of the USB cord would extend my reach, making it safer to attack with. Or I could use it as a blunt weapon, but I'd have to be careful and quick about it. I'd say my odds could be better.

Let's see…to my left is a laptop on a cushioned lap desk, and to my right is a GRE book sitting on top of my youngest brother's art album.

Hmm…

I suppose I could use the lap desk as a shield while I mesmerize the zombies with YouTube videos…I could probably scare some away with the prospect of having to study for a GRE

: …and if the zombies have any rudimentary respect for art, then I could probably show them my brother's cool drawings and they'd be too fascinated by them to attack.

(For the record, I don't take zombies very seriously, but this game is fun anyway.

Hmm... A black fine liner pen and an old laptop I was supposed to be rebuilding. Well if a couple of bashes with the old laptop doesn't do it, guess I'm gonna have to go stabby-stabby with the fine liner.
