Guan looks out at the Valley from the cave entrance. "It's been a while since Mr. Stripetail left to find that creature. You think he found it?"

Odon stands by his nephew's side. "If he did, then they would have been talking. We would be seeing some light in the Valley if he was fighting it?"

You have not released all of the memories you have and you must before you can move on. Most creatures Repress bad or painful memories, That is normal to a certain extent. They do it by keeping to themselves, not talking about it, and avioding embarassing situations. But Those Memories build up the more you repress them, and at a certain point, unless you completely withdraw within yourself, they will start coming out. You Saw Memories Of Your family, I presume? Tell Me everything, and let all that Unexpressed grief and sadness come out."

The figure may have left the conversation, but it not truly leave. It sits in one of the highest trees nearby, out of sight of Sam and Stripetail. Even though Stripetail can still sense it, it stays there, patient and silent, listening to the two talk.

"They both understand what happened and I feel that Ducky's mum is someone that understands my pain..." Sam said putting his claw hand on his scaly chest "But what Ducky asked... I would say yes but it not up to me... it up to her mother... that would mean the term of mates and that something Ducky's mother has the last word on" Sam looks back at Stripetail

"So You are unsure about being her stepfather. That's something entirely different. It is indeed up to her mother, but Ducky will also have a say as well, after all, She is her's mother's child. She does need another duckbill to look after her. But That will have to wait Until The Sphere is destroyed. Then and Only then, Should You answer Ducky." Stripetail said.

Yes. You Should stay with them. But Also sleep away from thier nest. That will tell her mother that you're still thinking about it and Haven't made up your mind." Stripetail said. He started to walk away.

"Alright, thanks" Sam walks back to Ducky's mum and Ducky.

"What did you talk to him about?" Ducky's mum asked.

"A few things, but tonight I'll sleep over here, I will still be able to keep you and your kids safe" Sam said walking to patch of land by the bank of the river just 10 meters away.

Ducky looks at her mum. "Ducky I think he going to think about it. If his sleeping just away from the nest he must be thinking very hard on what you asked Ducky" Ducky's mum told Ducky
