Well guess it falls on me to break the tie. this was not an easy vote, but I'm going with LETTUCEBACON &TOMATO, for his work in the Racing the Storm rp and the great characters hes provided in the story.

Since the Helpful Vote ended in a tie. as An Admin I have to vote to break the tie. and I stay with RHOMBUS Here. Rhombus wins the tiebreaker and will get to pick out his banner at his convenience
