If I were to do a humanized Littlefoot; he would be roughly thirteen. As for his hair; it would be kinda short and not spiky. His outfit on the other hand would be a slightly baggy shirt, blue jean shorts and sneakers.

This is a first for me since it's hard for me to imagine the gang as humans. All I know is that I try to make Littlefoot's clothes fit his personality in my vision. We all have different ideas on what the gang would look like as humans; and I respect that.

True. I made my human versions by basing them off human characters from my other favorite media and even real life people.
E.G. I actually pretty much made my human Littlefoot look like a younger version of me. I have that hair style and colour. I also gave him a long sleved shirt to represent his dino counterparts long neck. Same reason I gave Ali a long pony tail.

I've noticed that Topps wasn't in IV nor do I recall him being in Brave Longneck Scheme. Is this just a coincidence or can he not stand Ali or her herd?

If I saw Littlefoot crying; I would probably cry along with him and give him a hug and pet him.

I would bring Littlefoot's mother back from the dead for his star day.
