Amity Ville was (and still is) the scariest movie ever for me.

Ju-on - The Grudge has probably scared me the most, although I recently saw It Follows and that really creeped me out.

I don't watch these movies, not because I'm afraid of getting scared but because they just don't interest me at all.

Psycho still does it for me, and Deliverance comes in a close second. Not the movies I'd recommend watching late night and/or alone.

For me, it's the original Ring from Japan. In fact, I really tend to lean towards J-Horror in general for my scare-fix.
