Why didn't Rob Paulsen voice Spike in 6?

I've heard he was busy with another project so Jeff Bennet filled in...what was the other project?

Could've been anything...he was and still is in a lot of projects.

According to Wikipedia, the movie was released on 1998, so he was probably incredibly busy doing both the final seasons of Animaniacs and the first stages of Wakko's Wish (and I can't confirm this right now, but didn't "Star Warners" aired around that time too?).

EDIT: Yes, SW aired on November of 1998.

Can anyone even tell that it's Bennet instead of Paulsen? Someone said they can tell that Spike sounds different but I really can't hear the difference!

I haven't seen the movie in English, but Bennet and Paulsen had teamed up many times before, so I guess that it didn't take much of him to "imitate" Rob's voice for the sake of consistency (if that was actually the case, of course)
