Is there a site glitch?

I cannot see the introduction section like the Announcements nor the Members only section.   I've had site glitches before.  

Probably no biggie as I had issues where sometimes it wouldn't let me post stuff in the Caption This section.

Ug, it doesn't seem to be signing me out properly either.   I seem to be here when I come back.  I kepe coming back, hoping the other glithc willl go away.

I remember other users having this issue before. It turned out to be an issue with their IP address or internet provider. Try looking into that.
