Video Editing

So I do a lot of video editing in my spare time (occasionally get paid by people to do small projects for them but thats very rare). I'm also a youtube partner on one of my channels too. I have been doing it for a over 10 years and still learning new ideas and techniques. Plus if people want me to help them with video work feel free to ask. I'm always happy to help people.

I was wondering if anyone else on this site does video editing too?

I used Videopad to do video editing, but unfortunately, it was a trial version, meaning I can't export the video, and that made me mad. I was planning to make some Team Fortress 2 dubs.

I've used Windows Movie Maker, Sony Vegas, and Kdenlive for video editing.

I mostly use Sony Vegas Pro for my video work. But I have used Final Cut and Adobe Premier too.

I do! My username is aabicus and I've got a bunch of videos on this Youtube channel, all about gaming. I use Sony Vegas Pro and Audacity for voiceover recording.

I've also got a bunch of articles written on The Daily SPUF, a gaming news site.

When it comes to video editing, I've delved into both the free and paid area. I will admit to the fullest that paid is better in the fact it gives you FAR more options. (I would have never been able to make my "backwards videos" without it.) In the end, I have Pinnacle Studio and Windows Movie Maker 2.26. (Most stable version, period.)

Pinnacle Studio is my paid one. It's what I used to record plenty game footage back when I was attempting Let's Plays. (Short version, sucked at it and I have quit in the end.) It offers me tons of great options. It allows me to play with audio and get some good editing options. It's also what gives me some great precise timing for all the photos I have provided. (Seriously, the stuff you can get if you just time it right.)

Windows Movie Maker can help me with a few other options that are just not available in Pinnacle, despite all it offers.

I've also made a few music videos. I can show them off if you like.

I don't do much video editing, but when I do, I make sure to make it count.

Pinnacle Studio is good one too and I used to have it. I'm not a big fan of movie maker since its to basic for me. I mostly use Fraps to record game play footage or hook up one my old consoles to the computer and do it that way. If you like to share then please do. I'm always interested on peoples videos and maybe learn a thing or too.
