Just wanted to bring this to the attention of any aspiring digital artists! Clip Studio Paint (Previously known as Manga Studio) has been over 50% off for a couple of days now. The digital pro version of the software is currently only $20, so if you're in need of a competent program with powerful brushes, but don't want to pay a king's ransom to subscribe to the adobe cloud, this is a very good opportunity

The EX version of the software is also over 50% off, bringing it down to $87. It's a useful upgrade if you want to use it for animating, but otherwise not really necessary.
I just started using it a few days ago, and I'm pretty pleased so far. The painting tools are very intuitive, I was able to do this pretty quickly:

Wow! That Zubat you drew with the program you used looks superb! The shading, the detail, everything else, all of that is great! I love it!

I have heard of this program. Not really a great artist though. I'm better with filming and video/sound editing.
