Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Hi Folks,  once again, we have a tie in the awards.

ROLEPLAY- Runnerup
 Vonboy and Serris both got 1 vote

To Break the tie, we will have a second round of voting starting on Friday 9-1 at midnight and running for a week until Midnight on 9-11. Voters are to pick between the candidates, although the candidates themselves are not permitted to vote in the categories for which they are nominated.  IF there is still a tie after the tiebreaker period ends, then the admins will vote to break the tie. The winner of the vote will get  the runner-up banner. A second post below will hold a running tally of the voters cast and where we stand so far in the voting.  I will add votes as they come in.

Can anyone vote? Because I didn't vote in the main election but I'd vote Serris for a tiebreaker. He's run multiple successful role-plays and always strives to incorporate player decisions and actions into a roleplay.

Feel free to delete this post, admins, if you don't think it's okay for someone to bump this vote thread.

But, I think it'd be weird for a tiebreaker vote to only have 1 vote cast in it at all.  :neutral
