Now then, inspect the black dot that was just found behind the paper. Is it a button like the red button above it, or something entirely different?

It appears that it's yet another hole.

Mr. Stick goes back to right wall and quickly finds metal rod this, thanks to flashlight's little light that reflects from walls of dark room.
He takes back metal rod.

Good! Cache lock closes again, but cache itself is still open.

And so, mr. Stick inserts rod into cache hole.

*beep*



Cache button becomes green.

I admit, it was tempting to press the red button. But then Mr. Stick would be stuck in that room forever if he pressed it!

Now, press the green button.

I too was (and still am) curious to know what that red button does. But yes, the green button is probably a safer bet for now.

Anywho, I wonder what awaits us at the end of this puzzle. After all, this is only Chapter 1 of the Mr. Stick Adventure series.

<More puzzles, rooms and mechanisms await you ahead! At least in nearest future. It's all I can say now.
Very honestly - I don't know what will happen at the end. Since originaly story, its plot elemnt, rooms, puzzles - everything were creating  only after reading players' last commands. Nothing was created more far then one step ahead (by step I mean single pair of posts "your commands - my reaction on them"). >

Unfortunatelly, this is what Mr. Stick thinks so. He is sure it won't be too easy to simply get out of there after solving one puzzle. Considering things he has seen so far, even if there was just a few things - whoever put him here without his will, with unknown final purpose, won't let him go to freedom so easily.
He thinks so not only because of being here in current dark circumstances. Mr. Stick has kinda pecimistic character in his daily life.
But he won't give up. He must reak through to freedom, no matter what obstacles will be met on its way!

Yes, the button! Mr. Stick likes green color more than red. Its color whispers him that it's safe... So he almost without any fear presses the button...



SLAM!!!



...and almost immediatelly becomes stunned by loud scary metal screeching sound behind!

He scaredly and quickly turn around to look at source of sound.



He can't see any big danger objects or beings anywhere.

Hooray! Chapter 1 continues!

Well, I see that a trapdoor activated and made a hole in the ground that leads somewhere. Use the flashlight to check it out.

(I would just turn on the actual lights, but I want to make use of that item, ya know?)

Mr. Stick grabs flashlight and uses it to light up the area where loud sound came from. He's still afraid a bit, and doesn't come too close.



Something that looks like a shaft opened at the corner of the room.

Slowly approach the opened shaft and shine the flashlight down there. What does Mr. Stick see?

While I do see a purple 4 on the wall appear for some reason, I'm going to disregard that (for now at least).

Mr. Stick inspects new opened shaft.



Shaft is not very long.It seems that it leads to some room below, at least he can see botton down there.
Shaft has ladder steps attached to one side of its wall, inviting mr. Stick to use them to descend.

Mmhmm, yes, very promising. It can possibly lead to the blue item that was in the corner hole the entire time. Who knows?

Climb down the ladder and inspect the room.

Well...Mr. Stick’s Adventure is now Mr. Sad Face’s adventure, Am I right?
