Safe's bottom opened, and some items fell down from safe on the floor. Thankfully, light from safe's digital screen helps to identify items.

Mr. Stick decided to take paper and metal box to his inventory.
Also, he decided to leave small paper with safe code and safe itself on the floor behind, since he thinks they are useless now, though he can take them back ay time if it will be necessary.

Metal box is pretty light weighed. Also, while he was taking box from the floor, some noise can be heard from inside of it. Hmm?

He shakes the box a little and listens closely to it.



Looks like box contains some item or items inside. There's difenitelly something small and round inside, he can hear how it hits box's sides and moves around the buttom.

Could I see Mr. Stick's inventory?

Mr. Stick currently has:

- big blank sheet of paper
- flashlight (without batteries)
- long thin rubber tube
- thin metal rod
- long metal stick with screw at the end
- strange looking tool, can be used as screwdriver
- small paper with strange symbols on it
- metal box
- two small batteries (their energy is almost empty)

I noticed that the metal box has what could be screws. What if Mr. Stick takes the metal stick with screw on the end and tries to unscrew the metal box?

If you mean little screws inside the chest, then he can't insert metal rod inside screw's slots.

If you mean metal box's screws, then still no. It seems he can't unscrew these rivets with any of his tools.

Mr. Stick is sure that metal box contains some useful items that will help him to escape this place. and since he doesn't have any tools to open it, it seems that he should try break this box... What if he simply tries to drop it from upper room down the shaft to bottom room?

Mr. Stick throws metal box down the shaft.





Then he climbs down and examines the box...



Hmmm...
This is STRONG metal box.
Strong enough not only to be broken open, but to get no single scratch from falling.
