The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Somebody's dubbed over the entire movie but with terrible Scottish accents for every character.

They could get it done before an entire LBT community could? Darn! :P Shameless plug to voiceover project: http://www.gangoffive.net/index.php?topic=12092.0 (please send me files, I still haven't received any and I'm dying to continue this project! :) )

Anyway, back on topic! Haha, love that they made it entirely their own thing. Their music choices are pretty interesting :P The Lord of the Rings soundtrack works surprisingly well with LBT :D This dub isn't even that bad, haha. I'm glad their Mother Longneck also couldn't say "No" seriously after the "Have you ever seen the Great Valley" question :P

Definitely made me crack up some times... :Mo
Spoiler: ShowHide
"I wish I was dead"
"Bryce!"

And
Spoiler: ShowHide
"Past the great rock, that looks like yer nan."

And
Spoiler: ShowHide
"A threehorn don't need help from a fecking lengneck." followed shortly by "I'm a strong, independent dinosaur"

A Scottish Rooter works surprisingly well. Any takers from our forum?  :PAli

I'm surprised the video has rocked up 18k views in 2 days. Must say something about the quality at the very least  :PCera

Hmm...  :thinking

I checked it out and it seems well done. It freakin' made me laugh at times.

Good job to whoever made it. I'd personally give it my 10/10!  :bestsharptooth

Holy freaking heck I'm 5 minutes in and this is already blowing my freaking mind. The insane over-the-top narration. And Cera hatching with the Concerning Hobbits LOTR soundtrack playing. I'm already loving it and the characters aren't even talking yet.

Clearly this is the superior version version and one I'll be sure to recommend from now on. (sarcasm).

EDIT:

Oh no! Some people ARE actually introducing their kids to LBT with this version of the movie! Saw a few such comments on Reddit!

Reminds me of something I watched that was basically "The Lion King" translated into Low German. Complete with references specific to that region and with Simba renamed to Sönke. It's hilarious. :petrieLOL
