I probably wouldn't be able to do more than 1km or even less than that. If by running you mean full on running then I'd exhaust myself pretty fast.

Besides English, I know some Swedish, Russian, Spanish and Greek. None of these are on the same level as my English, though.

Again, this depends on the person in question. I didn't have much interest in learning English before my 3rd grade in comprehensive school. I picked up some stuff before that year, but ultimately I started to learn at a faster pace once my English lessons began.
