Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

The GOF Newsletter brought up Dinosaur Day is June 1st! I thought we could share what we plan to do to commerate those beloved fossil friends. :)

🔆I plan to watch LBT VI: The Secret of Saurus Rock and LBTVII: The Stone of Cold Fire. If anyone wants to join me in my viewing let me know. :)



🔅I will watch Jurassic Park and The Lost World: Jurassic Park as well.

🔅Play a Dino Game in the App Store.

🔅Read more of “Dragon Teeth” by Michael Crichton.

🔅And of course Hang out on GOF. :)

Cool! Interestingly enough, there are TWO Dinosaur Days! May 15 is National Dinosaur Day in the U.S., and June 1 is International Dinosaur Day! :DD

I would instantly jump in on your VI/VII double feature, but I just watched them both pretty recently. Though I guess I might be in the mood for the rewatch by the time June 1 gets here. I'll let you know if I decide to get on board!

Well if you want to rewatch them let me know, I also want to rewatch LBTIV (my fav).

The masks actually are hard plastic, offically Jurassic World, , when you open your mouth the mouth of the T-Rex or Velociraptor ipens showing the sharpteeth. :D

Oh yeah, I've actually seen those Jurassic World masks before now that you mention it. Not sure that's quite what they mean when they say you should wear a mask... :lol but they look like fun.

June 1st just so happens to be Monday and that unfortunately means I'll be working for majority of the day. I'll likely be rather exhausted once I get home, so my plans for Dinosaur Day will mostly be about relaxing. ;)

That's right, I could, but I'm known for being slothful after work, especially on Mondays.

Midnight is official enough for the release of movies like Star Wars and video games like Halo. ;)

Hope you had fun yesterday, Gentle! :chompysmile My day was busier than I anticipated, so the extent of my dinosaur celebration was basically limited to wearing my favorite Jurassic Park T-shirt.
