Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Ay, what's going on my peeps!

I've been a fan of LBT for years, and I've heard of this magical website you call the gang of five! When I dropped in I didn't realize how active it was, thank goodness for that!

I am an artist who mostly prefers digital and I've got a decent grasp on animation. With some of my spare time I enjoy writing stories. I'm not... exactly an author of hand held books... yet. But i'm getting there! I've got a handful of original characters and a world for them to live in. And I'd like to share them with you all!

It's nice to join this website with a familiar community, however, it will take me some to getting used to as I've got no idea what this place as in store for me!

Which is why I provide you with this question, what other things can you do here besides partaking in monthly writing prompts? I've crossed this website a couple of times and that's all that I see. Thanks again for having me!

I hope you'll enjoy your time here on the GOF forum.

As for your question of what else that can be done here beside fanfic prompts: There are roleplaying for stuff on-topic and off-topic and partaking in different discussions related to lbt or things outside lbt. So there a few things that can be done here.  ( And there is probably more that I can't think off the top of my head).

It's not a reference to anything, it's actually the name of my movie/show franchise that I would like to make one day. Interesting question by the way.
