The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Anyone see the new Star Wars anime shorts on Disney+?

I have seen a portion of them.

My favs:

Akakiri
-The Power of the dark side made manifest.
Ninth Jedi
-Tha closest to the feel of Star Wars.
The Village Bride
-Transcendent, serene, and spiritual aeakening.
The Duel
-Samurai X and Kurosawa combine to create an epic with Star Wars motifs.

I also have yet to see all of them but my favorite I believe was “The Elder”. I would really love to see a series expanded on it. I liked the characters and their relationships that they introduced. It gave off vibes of the comics and stories I would read about Jedi masters and their apprentices.

I also enjoyed the Ninth Jedi. It felt like a piece of an epic movie. It was intriguing story that I’d like to see where they could take it.

The duel’s artwork and action pieces were so awesome. The mix of Star Wars and with the futile Japan style was a neat take.

My favorites was “The Ninth Jedi” and “The Village Bride.”
I feel like those with the most potential for follow ups are “The Elder,” “The Ninth Jedi,” and “Akakiri.”
