If I'm really doing a comic, it'll be a completely new one. ^_^
The problem of my previous comics was, that I didn't plan the story ahead, doing it from scratch instead. So I actually had no idea what I was doing.
But this time, I complete the story before drawing the comic.

Yay! New art!

Sorry for being so slow. I used to be much faster when I draw LBT art (like one picture every day).

Guess I want to put much more effort to my works (or school is being annoying again

).

I love this picture and I'm glad you've finally finished it!

Hopefully when summer comes around and you have more free time then you can make these more often

On a side note though, Sky's eyes look a little bit too small for his face, but perhaps that is intended.

I wanted to make him look a bit surprised, but since they don't really have eyebrows, I just raised the blue part of the eye a bit.

Hello:
I like your new pic Sky, I specially like the differences between the wing designs of Sky and Star.
And it is good that you want to put more effort, we can all wait a little bit longer for new pics so don't worry about that. Just remember to work at your own pace, specially since school is poking you too, hehehe.

Another scene from Caustizer's story 'Far Away Home' with Star trying to comfort Ruby:

Yeah, it was quite difficult to draw this so there are some errors regarding the anatomy.

That is absolutely stunning. :blink:

It really does the reality of the scene justice, since it portrays Star as more then a simple object but a person with a unique view and a natural affinity towards children.

I don't know what else to say... for once I am truely lost for words.

Awesome pictures Sky and great, emotional expressions in the one with Ruby and Star. Which are the anatomical differences which you mentioned Sky? One thing I notice is that if Star stood up she would be almost twice as tall as Ruby, but this may be intention, is it?

Fantastic!

I love the expressions! (The eyes, in particular, are gorgeous. There's so much depth to them.

) Ruby is very well drawn. I like the colors, too. (Even the dark background.

)

I do think that more of Star's tail should be visible (The way it just disappears behind her legs doesn't look right). And it's a little strange that the leading edge and tip of her left wing has almost the same shape as the trailing edge and tip of her right wing. (Are those the anatomical errors you spoke of?)

An anatomical error would be her left arm. It's much smaller than the other one. :blink: And her left wing looks a bit off too...
And yes, it was intended as she's near an adult.

Now that you mention it, her wing looks quite odd a bit. But her left arm is also smaller than her right arm.

What I just noticed too is that Star's eyelashes are on the wrong spot of her eye unlike Ruby's eyelashes. DX

But I'm glad you all enjoy the picture nevertheless.

Wow! Great job Sky! Lovin' your pic of Star and Sky. The depth of the backgrounds (clouds and trees) stand out just as much as the characters as a centre piece. And the expression of gloom and sadness in your Star and Ruby piece is wonderfully depicted. Excellent job!

Sorry for my absence but here is a new piece (it's not much though).

Some of you may noticed the "Dawn of a Wingtail" logo in my signature. It's a comic project I'm currently working on (big thanks to Caustizer for giving me permission and for inspiring me

).

I intend to have the gang a bit older, somewhere in their teens. I tried to make Littlefoot look older but it didn't work out that well I guess. :unsure:
Same goes to Cera but at least her two horns have finally grown.

Next would be Petrie and Ducky and then Spike and Ruby. Let's not forget Chomper.

There will also be some new characters.
And you guys already know Sky, Star and Glide (in case you haven't seen a picture with Glide, here is one: Glide).

About littlefoot, he does look kind of older.. However he's got a babyface

Give him some more 'wrinkles' might help. Cera looks good imo.
