"Yes you are right DIver, and Mim you seem to know much about the Mysterious Beyond...tell me have you ever seen Berry Valley?" said Cyrix hoping to start some small talk as this was going to be a long trip...made even longer as the flyer Onyx came into view and said "We have a new problem..."

Mim nodded, "The place where the Yellowbellies live, yes. I stayed with them for a while." They mentioned the great valley and after a while I thought I should try to see if I could find that and see what it was like. I went back to visit once in a while. Nice, though silly, people."

"I also heard they like to sing and dance all day long." he laughed as he walked and said "Well, I do hope to meet them one day." "Although I wouldn't mind seeing if Longtail would like to go when this is all over....that's if the Night flower can help him." He looked over to Mim and noticed something...

'Her eyes give me hope...like I can't give up until I've reached the very end...having her around is going to help me more than I thought.' said Cyrix in his head.

Mim nods, "And a part of the night too." She said. She noticed him looking at her and she blushed a bit as she looked back at him smiling. After a bit she went on.

"They are a pretty silly people. They have silly songs and dances, something like this." She said. She then began to sing the beginning part of the Yellowbelly bounce and do a couple or so of the dance steps. When she stopped she said, "See, silly, but it can be fun to be around them."

Cyrix then looked to Onyx and asked "What's the problem?" The black flyer then said "I'm a traitor what can I say." Then a small group of Red Horns surrounded the smaller group of dinosaurs, and had them trapped, and Cyrix's immediate response was telling everyone...

"Children get behind Mim, and Mim..." he looked behind him and said to her "Take Longtail off my back, and stay behind me as well."

Mim nodded, undoing Longtail from Cyrix's back and holding him to her back she tied him to her back as firmly as she could. The whole time she kept an eye on the new comers. "You kids stay behind me." She did her best to stay between all the newcomers and the kids.

Diver seeing what was going on quickly jumped onto Cera's back seeing as how there was more places to hold onto on Cera then the person who's back she was on. A good thing, she thought, in case they had to run away. She grabbed a hold of Cera's frill, keeping most of her face below the level, only her eyes were above the frill so she could see what was going on. She made sure her grip was tight in case Cera should decide to run so she'd not fall off.

Cyrix said "I thank you two for your bravery, but this does not require fighting out right. I do however want to ask why Onyx...why betray us when my only nephew is so sick?" The black flyer laughed as he said, that's easy...Your nephew beat me in a duel and I just want some payback, and if watching him die a slow death is the way to go....then so be it!"

Diver continued to hold firmy onto Cera's frill with only her eyes and top of her head peeking above the top of the frill. "Who are those guys?" She asked. "They look mean like sharptooths, yes they do." She said.

Mim looks at Cyrix, "So what do we do?" She said. She made sure that Longtail was very secure to her back in case she needed to do jumping around and other sorts of activities. She kept pretty active in the mysterious beyond and practiced a few scenarios and had some encounters also, so was ready to do quite a bit if the need should come to it. She kept herself relaxed but ready.

Cyrix was getting anxious and his nephew was running out of time. "Please give us a chance to make him better and then he will be more than happy to give you a rematch..but not now while he is so sick." The leader of the Red Horns stepped forward and said "No...your nephew must pay for what he did to me...right now...so tell your little mate over there to drop the kid!"

Diver continued to hold onto Cera's frill, peeking over the top. She didn't have anything to say at the moment.

Mim looked around. She tried to see where everyone was, and form various options that may or may not be used. She did her best to remain between the others ahead of her and the kids behind her. She was glad she had had time to secure Longtail to her and make sure it was secure, that enabled her to move around as she needed when and if the time came. She tried her best to remain relaxed and ready to act when it came, like she had in the past when confronted with danger.

Cyrix was getting worried he knew they were outnumbered and outside the valley with no help on the way...this situation couldn't get any worse...how wrong he was as a sky fire storm started in the sky, along with sky water falling.

This was just the distraction the red horns needed as two of them moved and seperated Mim from the other children and commanded that she hand over Longtail who was still straped to her back.

Mim stood ready to act, but still relaxed. She had learned several ways of dealing with fast biters and assumed that grasping the neck and twisting the head just so would work on three horns as well as on fast biters, as well as other techniques.

"Not a viable option, though I am curious how three horn tastes." She said in an attempt to get them to focus on her instead of the kids and still ready to act when she needed to.

One red horn charged and was about to spear Mim when he was slapped in his face by the one thing no one expected....Longtail's tail...it would at first appear that it had moved on it's own, but upon closer inspection....anyone would be able to see that his eyes were barely open to slits as he struggled to stay awake...

Diver continued to hold tightly onto Cera's frill, ducking down farther if she could but still peeking up over her frills since she would rather see what was going on then having no idea but sounds. That would be more afraid.

Mim used the distraction to grasp the horns of the threehorn and climbed over and onto it's back using it's horns as hand and footholds. She held onto the frill and flipped herself over onto the threehorn's neck holding onto it's frill.

The red horn struggled to get the female rainbow face off of his back, having no clue as to what was going to happen to him in a matter of seconds....as his partner could only stand there and gawk at the sight of the more than flexible female rainbow face.

Cyrix also saw her moves and blushed again...then shook his head clear and tackled Onyx to the ground and proceeded to beat the life out of him!
