Diver got off and went onto Littlefoot. She nodded to what Cyrix said. "Resting would be good. Those who were hurt and scared can get betterer." She said.

Mim nodded, "It may be best. We can look for some leaves and such to help Cera's ankle get better faster and have time to eat and perhaps find some water, or plants that contain some water." She said as she looked for some plants in the immediate area to either help Cera's ankle or so they could eat. [1]

No, that¥s not good, Cera said. Your nephew need help, and if he die, I don¥t want to be the one why he do. I want that we go now, we don¥t have to rest because of my ankle. A long break, after a while she said to Littlefoot. Mayby it would be of cause better that you take Diver, and I think some mud will help my blessure.

Littlefoot packed Divers tail and threw her on his back. One could see that Ducky was very glad to was with her sister now.

Cyrix nodded and said "If everyone agrees then we will keep going, but Cera if your leg starts to hurt at any time, just let Mim and I know, and we will stop for a while okay?" Then a small, quiet voice called out and said "No..Cera...rest." Cyrix looked over to Mim and saw that it was his nephew had been the one to speak.

"Oh my poor nephew...please hang in there, were on our way. Don't....worry.." Cyrix was becoming emotional and was slowly shedding tears "I really don't think were going to make it...I don't want to lose him."

Diver hugged her sister, glad to be riding with her, "Do not worry, things will turn out ok." She said to while nodding Ducky, and others too.

Mim nodded, "If Cera's ankle hurts to much we should rest, but if it's not to much we can use some leaves and either mud or sticks and go at a reduced speed while Cera uses her 3 other legs to walk. It's up to Cera I'd guess. There is some bark that will help reduce the pain, but walking on it may make it worst, though the bark is good if the pain is bad or one is having trouble going to sleep at night." She said, looking at Cera to see what she would say about her ankle. [2]

Cyrix nodded and said "Yes we...we have to help Cera first.....no matter what!" Cyrix was still upset but he knew what had to come first. "Lets find some sticks to hold Cera's ankle in place while we apply some soothing mud." He said looking over to Mim. [3]

Diver looks over at Cera, "Your ankle will be all better soon, yes it certainly will."

Mim nods, "And perhaps some leaves as well as sticks and mud to prevent the swelling to get worst and some pain relieve bark if I can find any here. Lets go and get what we need." She said as she started to head out to get some sticks, mud and other things she could find, taking a few trips if need be. [3]

Cyrix followed Mim to gather the supplies they would need to help Cera's leg heal faster and hopefully get Longtail better as well. "Let's get to work."

Diver looks over at Cera, "Do not worry, your leg will be better soon." She said.

Mim gathers the things she needs that she can find. She returns to the group, making a few trips if she needs. She sets each group of things into ordered piles so it's easy to tell which one is which. [1]

Cyrix nodded to Cera and said "Okay little one you may want to hold still, this could hurt just for a moment." he said as he prepared to place the sticks to hold Cera's leg in place. [2]

Diver went over to pat Cera to be with her and reassure her, "Your leg will be well before you know it. You'll be smashing rocks better then before." She said.

Mim nodded, "It may hurt a bit. If you want something to bite on just say so." She said then went to work on doing what she can with Cera's leg and ankle, adding leaves partly smashed to release the juice to help prevent more swelling. She worked with Cyrix to ensure things went well and as smoothly as possible. [2]

Cyrix nodded to Cera, and said "This last part is going to really hurt, but this is the final tie to hold these sticks in place...just bite down on the stick as hard as you can okay?" After receiving a nod from Cera, Cyrix proceeded to tie off the last vine and made it as tight as possible to avoid anything coming loose. [1]

Diver patted Cera to try to reassure her while the two grownups worked. "They'll be done soon and your ankle will be all better before you know it." She said.

Mim helped Cyrix. She had already put on some partly crushed leaves to cut down or prevent swelling. She helped him to Tie the sticks on, in areas where a third hand would be very handy. She looked at Cera, "If the ankle hurts you while we are walking or at night when you are trying to go to sleep I know of some tree bark that will reduce the pain." She said. [1]

Okey, that¥s very kind of you thank you. Cera said, while the fear, before this what would come now, grew up bigger and bigger. Ducky gave her a stick while she looked with concern in her eyes at Cera and said, all will be done faster than you think. And now be brave. Okey, can we do it now please?, Cera asked, while holding the stick in her mouth. She was ready to bite on it, ready for the pain. And she was thinking the whole time. Do it, do it now, or I will die because of fear.

Mim nodded and pulled on her end of the string thus finishing the splint on Cera's leg. "There," she said in as nice and a warm manner as possible. "Things will be better and your leg will be just as good as before in a short time." She said.

Diver nodded, still patting Cera for a while longer. "Yes, you'll be able to do the things you did before, yes you will, certainly." Diver said. [1]

hnnng, Cera bit as the stick in her mouth as hard as possible. It hurt very much but she tried to be brave. As the work was finished she stood up and said. I think that should work. Thank you two
