His counterpart looked at him, his eyes glowing with light. He spoke "who are you?" "Lord Stripetail of Aestorica, at your service. You are my counterpart in this dimension." There was a look of disbelief on his counterpart's face' what is your level rank?" he asked ."level 1." Level 1?' His counterpart arose in shock. "then you are much more powerful than me, I'm a low level 2." " How long have you been in prison here, Stripetail?" Stripetail asked. "over 20 years, 27 i think. It hasn't been easy. The guards insult me when they push food through the little door, and they took my staff when I was brought here, so I'm basically powerless. I was once one of the strongest wizards in this dimension, almost to Level 1 status. But then those brutes arrested me and beat me.' He shook with rage at hid remberances." And those fools on the Council did NOTHING. I had never accepted the anti-magic laws so i disobeyed them repeatedly. And I wasn't going to give up magic, magic is what I am. So after they had taken my staff they threw me in a blasted cell for 27 years. And you are the first visitor I've had in all that time."

Stripetail and turned his back on his counterpart. He opened the door and closed it behind him.. He strode down the hallway.
