The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Have You Seen This LBT Game?

I don't exactly know if this is where I should put this, but I was just randomly browsing the web and I came accross this game.  I thought it'd be pretty lame, but to my surprise, It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be:

I could never complete the Ducky one.  I just laughed so hard that I kept dying.

Yeah the ducky one was the hardest and the only one i lost at. The others were waaay easy. I lost one life on the littlefoot one cos i was multitasking by playing and texting at the same time. I play too many video games.

I played those.  Some of them were harder then others, but not as hard as some of the console games I've played.

The Ducky one is a cakewalk if you own The Lion King on Genesis/SNES, as I do.

Too bad the wallpaper is completely ruined by all the logos, text, etc.

I played those games. I beat all of them.

I agree. I played and beaten the TLK game many times myself, so the Ducky one was fairly easy. A bit annoyinng, but easy nevertheless.

Spike's minigame was somewhat difficult to me! I could complete Ducky's minigame just being hit once.

I made 3 total mistakes, 2 on the Cera game, and 1 on the Spike game. The deal on the Cera game was that I simply didn't know how to do it at first. I clicked, but the rock still hurt her! :lol I finally beat it without further hinderance by rapid-clicking. The mistake at the end of the Spike game was just a 'Murphy,' I guess. :lol I do believe it helps to have played through The Lion King for the SNES, as I and others here have. :D

I'm sure with a couple of hours in photoshop (CS3 extended), I could remove the text and the Cartoon Network logo...

I just use the one wallpaper that has the next highest resolution than the resolution of my desktop when there isn't one that fits. :)

Okay.  I'll admit it.  I removed the unattractive info.  I think I did a pretty good job, but unfortunately, I cannot show you the completed project in any decent quality.  So, how good of a job did I do?

I hope this is okay.  It's so small that using it as a background would just be rediculous.

I don't think that kind of wallpaper will last very long on this computer anyway.

I'm currently very happy with my full quality background with the stuff taken out.  I think I'll post a pic in the "show us your desktop" section (with icons at the bottom of course so you can't modify the image) :p

The logos aren't that annoying. I'd just as soon to use the biggest one with the logos than the small one without the logos. :p

well, that's the point.  I have a real one that's large, but I don't wanna get sued for distributing it online. Just wanted to show ya.  Looks great on my desktop. :D

I have a large version of the image, but I can't show it to you cuz it'd probably get me sued or at least get me a nasty letter from Universal if they saw it. -_-

I took the original and spent about 3 hours in photoshop, removing the crap. :^.^: It has to be copyrighted.  It even says so in the original.
