The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Anton Corbijn's biopic of Ian Curtis. I've been waiting a couple of years to see it, I finally saw it last thursday. I came out of the theater just speechless, when they played atmosphere right in the end a chill climed through my spine. A great movie, Ian couldn't have been imortalized in a better way.

Here's the trailer: Control

Well, it's not something I'm gonna ever see.  Besides, I have a thing against monochromatic films.  One thing I do wish to comment on was the webdesigner's choice to use a flash movie instead of an AVI file.  What were they thinking?  It had crappy quality and flash videos take longer to load than AVI's do when they're over a minute long.  I can't imagine any advantage to a flash video over an AVI except maybe the person couldn't get the aspect ratio of the movie right in an AVI. :p

I've just always hated monochromatic enviroments.  They just put me to sleep or make me want to die of boredom no matter what the show is.  I don't know why.

Being monochromatic should not make the show boring, in my opinion. So what if it's not vibrant and colorful? That does not make it any less of a show than it is. I watch some shows that are monochromatic. I Love Lucy is among my favorites. I prefer the monochromatic version of that show. The colored version looks weird in my opinion.
