The Gang of Five
Howdy, everyone!

As you know, the forum has been fighting spammers and bots for years. We have seen our fair share of "Custom Kitchens UK", scammy Internet hosting companies, and bots trying to send us to a business's homepage. But after fighting the tidal wave of spam for so many years, the admins had a persistent thought: what if the spammers are right? Not in terms of posting nonsense links and trying to scam our users, but in trying to make money through our unique platform?

Well, thanks to the helpful counsel of Taunt, we have finally decided to move the forum in a new direction. Please see his important post on the matter in this topic

Happy Thanksgiving

No appetite to devour a whole country just today, perhaps a continent in days to come! Am I creepy? :lol

I hope everyone has a merry and happy day today.  I guess some will be waking up tomorrow wishing they had not eaten it all.  Hopefully those folks will get well soon.

As for eating a whole continent, maybe you can start by eating a small island and work up.   :lol

Let's not forget in the midst of gorging ourselves silly what the holiday is about, what we should be truly thankful for, and that there are others in this world not as fortunate as ourselves that cannot afford hardly anything to eat and simply go hungry or starve.

Happy Thanksgiving! B)

The day the Turkeys go into hiding... ahh, it makes the hunt all the more fun! ^^

<-- especially for us foxes

Anyway, I'm still regretting eating that entire pizza with bread sticks two days earlier, so my appetite isn't up to par... I'm hoping that will change before I get to my grandmothers for the big celebration...

Oh, and the important question that comes to mind each and every Thanksgiving...

What are you thankful for?

a little trivia for everyone here at the forums ^^

I am thankful, but I don't celebrate thanksgiving.  I don't celebrate any holiday except for Christmas.  Turkey is just not my thing. :P:

My last turkey was just the leg part.. I got one from a turkey leg vendor while visiting Disney World at Orlando... ahh.. the sweet memories...

I am thankful for having friends and a family who care for me... and that I am also blessed with a talent that I hope someday will lead me to the places I've longed to go. I am thankful that I am still alive and well.

All I remember was when I was four, my mom and a bunch of family were sitting at the table and I asked her why it was missing a leg and she said it was handicapped. :lol

Well, guys.. I'm heading on to the big family feast. I wish you all a wonderful and enlightening Thanksgiving Day!

And now I leave singing to myself:

Over the River and through the woods, to my granmothers house I go!

Whee!
